However, the service and hours are beyond inconsistent. I go 2-3 times a week and the headsets don't work, there's no signage promoting you to go to the window when they're not working, employees don't pay attention when customers come through the drive through, and in the past 3 months I've arrived at smoothie king (1-2 hours after their opening time) and no one is there to even open the shop. I worked at the Nashville rd location in college and NEVER experienced that many technical issues with the headsets, or that level of service that just isn't there. I understand younger workers and work ethic is still a learned trait, but there's more times than I'd like to admit that I given up and just left because they're not at the shop or just not coming to the window/speaker and it's completely dark on the inside. It's also so awkward as a customer to wait in the drive through for 5 minutes then walking inside to see employees hiding in the back or just not present. Either google hours are misleading (which should be adjusted) or they've really struggled to adequately staff this location. If you have the time, I'd recommend the Nashville rd location over this.
