I had an early morning order while in the Bowling Green Area. I got there just after this location opened. The staff were attentive, cheerful and friendly and not only got my order right, but they made it very quick even though the drive-thru was busy. A great location with great staff. read more

Where do I begin?! I have to have my daily green tea and lemonade. I'm traveling and the amount of Starbucks out of items is getting a little ridiculous!! Who is running these businesses? 4 days ago I went to this particular Starbucks on Scottsville Rd. "Sorry we are out of green tea". Shocker! They are always out of something. Today I go back. "Sorry we are out of green tea". My God the manager and CEO needs fired for not reading reviews with the problems Starbucks is having in fulfilling orders! How hard is it to see oh we are running low on an item perhaps I should order more. But, that would take common sense. This isn't the only one always out. Since I go daily I run into this too much! I spend a lot of money at Starbucks but that's ending. I drive out of my way to find one because I'm on the road a lot but there are other coffee shops. I'll be taking my money elsewhere read more

I came here on Sunday on my way home to Chicago. This location's drive through moved quickly, the barista who took my order was friendly, efficient and accurate, and by the time I made it to the payment window, my drink was ready to go. It's one of the best experiences I've had with a Starbucks drive through. It should be quick and easy, and they were also quick to scan the gold card on my phone. I was there for maybe 3 minutes max. It's also conveniently located right by the freeway, so it was an easy hop off and hop back on. I'd recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a quick pick me up with fast and great service. I can only speak on the drive through experience though. read more

Starbucks is a staple in my life. Yes, I love, love supporting local businesses, but I love the rewards program and consistency of Starbucks -- especially when I travel. That's how I landed here. I'm driving through from Louisville to Nashville. I used the handy Starbucks app to order ahead and redeem some rewards stars for a free $9.50 latte! (Yea, I get extra shots when I use my freebies) I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. It's 8am local time, so this place is popping. The drivethru had quite a line, as does the counter inside. I ordered from the app, sitting in my car, then came in to use the restroom. When I finished (and washed my hands of course), my latte and sandwich were labeled, hot and sitting at the counter waiting for me. The lady said "thank you sweetheart" as I picked them up. I love the breakfast sandwich. Sure, it's "fast food", but it's real bacon and a fluffy croissant. Plus, it's easy to eat on the go aka, which driving. I'm in my fancy clothes today (aka business suit), headed to my company's corporate office. Not wanting to chance a road spill accident, I sat and ate my sandwich inside -- taking advantage of the free WiFi. This Starbucks is clean, friendly and a zip on and off I-65. I did pass it up at first though. They don't have a tall circular Starbucks sign high in the air like more others off highways. But the turn around was really easy, as there is a local access road that runs parallel to the main road. I'm sure I'll be back on my trips to and fro. Not only do I love the coffee, but I love the chance to stop and stretch my legs somewhere other than a gas station. It's less sketchy too! My only suggestion for improvement is to make the switch to gender-neutral bathrooms. The ones here are private, so it's an easy switch. The gendered bathroom and the "sweetheart" reminded me that though Bowling Green is coming along and building up, it's still in the south. ‍ read more

I'm on a roadtrip from Chicago to Nashville and back so I've been to a few Starbucks on the road. And this Starbucks has been the best by far. The employees are nice and welcoming and made the coffee my friends and I ordered properly. Which shouldn't have to be said but apparently not all Starbucks employees know how to make their drinks. But the employees here are knowledgeable and fast and lovely. They also know the coffee grounds and were able to help my friend pick some grounds to take home. Friendly Starbucks location, delivering exactly what you'd expect from a Starbucks. That's good - pre coffee moments require predictability and consistency. I don't at all like the access to this location though. It's very drive thru oriented so parking is limited and haphazard, and you have to play Frogger as a pedestrian to safely make it inside the building. read more

Parking lot: Really small, and if there's a line for the drive-thru, it's almost impossible to get into a space, let alone back out. We parked in the lot next door, which I'm sure that business really appreciates. Not. Service: Well, at 8am on a Saturday, they had 3 people working, which was definitely not enough. I often get frustrated when it seems like the drive-thru gets priority over in-store customers, but since we only got drip coffee and egg bites, at least we weren't kept waiting on drinks. They have two ovens, so our egg bites came out relatively quickly. Napkins: They were, yes, completely out of napkins. As in, the dispensers were empty, I asked for some, and was told that they had none. None at all. Because apparently there are no stores on Scottsville Road that, I don't know, sell napkins? This was just the weirdest and most irritating part of our stop. So yeah, it's Starbucks, the egg bites were good, the napkin and parking situations were bad, and there you have it. read more

We actually stopped at this location twice; once on our way down to Florida and once on our way home. Both times our orders were correct and the Starbucks was clean (the bathroom was very clean). Came in and asked for a Santa Fe panini with a clover iced coffee. The sandwich was done first and it seemed the manager hand delivered it to me because I hadn't gotten up. So happy to remember this Starbucks is on this side of town. If I am not mistaken, I believe this was the first SB in Bowling Green. Getting in and out quickly may be a challenge down this side of town that always seems to stay congested. But if your in the need for some Nerd Nector, this place will serve you very well. Drive thru is fast and thankfully only one entrance! Certainly detest multiple entrance drive thru's. Clean, visually appealing, quick, efficient and tastes so good. Do yourself a favor and please just make the extra drive over to the Campbell Lane location. If you go to this location, you will for sure be disappointed. Every single time I go, my drink is made a different way. I understand that some difference is normal, but I order the same drink every time and somehow get a different drink every time. Menu items are made simply how the barista feels like making it that day. There really needs to be some sort of quality control and maybe some extra training on new menu items. I have tried to give them many chances, but it is just disappointing when you spend $5 on a grande coffee for it to come out completely wrong. We see there's a sign that said "If you need ordering assistance please pull to the window" so we did that. Two employees looked at us a couple times each, never came to help us. I just moved out here about a month and half ago and since that time I have only seen this Starbucks actually open about 2 times now. They continue to change their hours from what they actually are online and are closed a majority of the time. I'm not sure how they manage to stay a float when they are never open. I went through the drive thru today and they were so slow, we waited to order and then when we finally got to the window to receive our order we could see our drinks but had to wait minutes to receive them and to pay. Great Store, I often come here when I am heading south from Louisville heading to many cities in the south I drive to. About 2.5 hours south of Louisville and about 1 hour north of Nashville, so great in between spot to get a cup of coffee. Store is nice, and has very heavy traffic. This is a nice Starbucks! Fast and friendly service! I was surprised that when I ordered four drinks with my family it took no more time than when I am ordering a single drink! Donna took our order and she was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had is that when we went out into the parking lot the people in the drive-threw line were blocking our car from backing out, but it was really not a big deal......
