The nutrition stats on the shakes are quite amazing and they have a lot of add-ons for immune defense, weight loss, etc. They have a huge variety of flavors. Although they use water, they all taste like actual milkshakes from an ice cream place. Whenever I am out at lunch time and this is a much better alternative than going to some fast food place. Run by recent WKU grads with a lot of school spirit, the guys are a lot of fun.

I went to the location on the square and was greeted by a friendly staff member. I ordered the Big Red Bowl, with an açaí and granola base and different fruits, and added cacao nibs. It was really good!! I love açaí bowls because they feel healthier than ice cream or frozen yogurt and they're also very filling for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Everything tasted fresh and the prices are reasonable (~$11 for the large 16 oz bowl). They have some seating inside and sell a lot of local products. Bathroom available too. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back!

The dill chicken salad was sooo good, we grabbed a container to take home. I got a cup of chili, consisting of ground beer or turkey and a lot of veggies, it was tasty and had a tiny kick of heat to it.. but I wouldn't have minded some beans, too. The service was a bit slow and not the most friendly, but it was Thanksgiving weekend so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I did get to sample my chili before ordering, which was nice, but they forgot to bring my order out alongside the chicken salad sandwich, and when we went to ask for it, there was nobody at the counter for a while to help. This may have impacted the overall rating more but we really did love that chicken salad!

I haven't had anything bad here. I wake up craving the protein pancakes like, every other day. The only thing I would change is maybe have more overnight oats prepared, or offer a base price for protein pancakes & you choose a combination of toppings. It would probably affect how easily they're able to provide the macros, but it could be done.
