Love their icecream it's always fresh feeling and their waffles cones are made fresh daily! It's a good place to take kids and enjoy the weather outside when you go on a good day! And even if it's bad weather they have a Togo window! read more

Staff are rude and had an attitude with me for no reason. I was polite and respectful, the milkshake I got turned out to be amazing but I couldn't help but to notice how dirty and unsanitary it was. There was ice cream all over the counter tops, the milkshake machine was incredibly dirty, as well as the water cups they use before making milkshakes. They need to get a inspection, this is unacceptable. read more

The ice cream was great! Only stayed long enough to get the treats ready. Cotton candy plus birthday cake ice cream is delicious.

Well, since we have lived in Bowling Green, we have visited here at least 15 times. They have the best Strawberry shakes I have ever tasted, and their ice cream as a whole is the best. It's a drive-up, so its atmosphere is all about the outside. I think that it's perfect. There is a long line, but there is never a long wait. This is an ace amount of ice cream joints. read more

Staff are always friendly, fast. This is a northeast "ice cream cup" with hard ice cream. What I love is the flavors are great, I especially like birthday cake with a ton of blue icing and the turtle sundae with salted pecans, hot fudge, and BUTTERSCOTCH...Yum! Outdoor seating available. read more

Billy at Brusters here in BG is very discriminative towards people with pink hair. She also does not appreciate when I use my name even though it's my name. She also told her coworkers to not speak to me and denied service. When I received my ice cream it was the size of a grape. I paid $5 for nothing. If I could give a lower rating I would--do not recommend read more

My family and I stayed lastnight at a hotel in the area and after dinner wanted some ice cream, we came across Bruster's, this place has great tasting ice cream! My kids both got a small cup of Oreo, my wife got a small cup of mint chocolate chip and I ordered a small cup of mint Oreo, we all loved the ice cream! Being that this ice cream is like a hard style ice cream, surprisingly was soft in texture the mint flavor was excellent and they don't skimp on the amount of Oreo cookie they had in the ice cream, perfect! We went through the drive-thru so we didn't really deal staff very much, but from I can tell they did a great job and wasted no time getting our ice cream to us! If we're ever in the area again sometime I'm sure my family and I will stop here for dessert again, I highly recommend you do too! read more

I dislike reviewing franchises, as the quality - good or bad - is generally pretty uniform. But maybe you've never tried it, so I'll help. I had a milk shake and my wife had a couple scoops of a specialty she liked. Service was fast and the food was great. read more

We finally tried the ice cream here and it was really good! For some reason I always just passed it up and never stopped. But they have so many flavors and they're great. They are also well priced which is good! It's a great place to have ice cream with the kiddos. read more

Excellent ice cream! Fair price and decent service. A good time to go is on Tuesday nights during the summer. There is a car show that happens then in the parking lot behind them. So you get to see nice cars and trucks, and have good ice cream too. If you have a big appetite or want to share, the Banana Split is a good option. read more

Great ice cream and large portions! The cookie jar flavor is loaded with toppings which mad it the best!!

The ice cream was very good. The service was very good and everyone was very nice when we ordered. I would definitely go back

Great Quality, Clean, Helpful Employees. Never heard of Bruster's until we were on vacation this summer. Excellent experience, friendly employees who explained the menu and the outside was spotless. Best ice-cream we have had. Would definitely recommend to all, wish we had one closer to MI. read more

So many options to choose from. We definitely waited about 30 minutes in the drive through, but it was worth it. Well, some of us would say that. I paid $6 for a Sundae which was huge so I don't mind. Someone else with me paid $6 for 2 scoops that looked like a kids mini. read more

Finally! An ice cream place that caters to us dairy-free folks! Thank you!! I tried the peanut butter with Orea dairy free brownie sundae and hubby had a regular hot fudge brownie sundae!! Delicious!! Our doggie got a pup sundae for FREE!! read more

Tried to say they were closed 30 minutes before they actually closed. Went through the drive thru instead just in case, ended up waiting for over 5 minutes for the car in front of us to get service. The person over the speaker could be heard just talking away with a friend, as if no one was in the drive thru. Finally ordered 2 brownie sundaes, waited an extra 10 minutes for them because they said they had to make more brownies. When we got our sundaes, the brownies were cold and so hard we couldnt get our plastic spoons through them without fear of breaking the spoon. read more

Maple Walnut ice cream is a winner! Pup sundaes are also available for your dogs. So glad we don't have a Bruster's in ATX!

Problem after problem here, today was the cherry on top (pun intended). We bought $15 worth of ice cream, I gave a $2 tip, and we ate our ice cream. My 7 year old was very hot in this 90+ degree weather, so I asked for a cup of water. They said 25 cents, I said I didn't have any change, they said oh well. So... there's that. read more

Love this ice cream! It's my and my grandson's go to place. Staff is young and friendly.

Feels a little nostalgic stopping by this ice cream joint! Was truly impressed with service and the excellent ice cream and to numerous to tell of the selections!! read more

Window front ice cream parlor. No indoor seating but a few umbrella seats outdoors, like a patio space. Little parking in front, plenty of spaces in the nearby parking lot. You can get a sundae, a cup or a waffle cone, or regular cones. We did a small waffle cone that comes with two scoops of ice cream, between me and babe. It was the perfect after dinner dessert and size. A regular sized waffle cone had three scoops, and maybe we could've done that too with our sweet tooth's. We were able to get one scoop of Oreo (favorite!) and a second scoop of the chocolate chip cookie dough. Bet accommodating. & both flavors were extremely yummy. They had many flavors, but they even had a "popular flavors" listed on the menu. You can bring your own banana on Sundays and get a free sundae! They also have treats for pups if you bring yours! Had this place in North Carolina as well, what a great chain! read more

Bruster's is definitely a great "summertime little ice cream stand" chain. It used to be a big tradition for my family to come here in Florida, but I'm happy to see it a little closer to home. Their ice cream flavors are endless. Like literally, they have everything. They've also got milkshakes, sundaes, and much much more to choose from! I Kept it a little classic with an Oreo cone, and damn, they are very generous with portion sizing! Even just for a regular it looked like they put in at least 3 scoops, and I definitely can't complain about that ;) They've got a bunch of outdoor tables with umbrellas to enjoy your ice cream under, and even have hula hoops on the side for the kiddos to play with (Even though as a full-grown adult I enjoyed this too) Wonderful! I'd love to come back soon. read more

The best ice cream, great variety of flavors and the smoothies are worth every cent!!

Had a banana split which was excellent! My first trip to Busters, but I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this place. They have a great big sign outside that reads "Voted Bowling Green's best ice cream", and I would definitely agree with that. I've been here several times before and it's always been good service and quality ice cream as well. My husband ordered a vanilla shake and I got a large waffle cone with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Delicious! I wish we lived closer to be able to go here more often. read more

Some swear by that dairy's ice cream in town. I swear by Bruster's. I love the variety of ice creams, the varieties of how they are served, and the speed and friendliness of the crew. Tonight I got a s'mores waffle cone. That's right... dopamine in a cone. I'm in a sugar coma now and need a neurologist to pull me through. read more

Great ice cream and a multitude of flavors. No grill, so this is a dedicated ice cream shop, FYI. A little pricey but reasonable.

I love Brusters. I live in Russellville but get up to Bowling Green every chance I get. Brusters is always a must for my son and I. I'm currently in love with their snickerdoodle ice cream. Unfortunately, they were sold of out the snickerdoodle this evening. No harm tho. I went with a waffle cone of their caramel apple crunch. It's loaded with caramel, Apple flavor, and crunchy pieces of strudel or whatever you call the crunchy bits. All of their ice cream is made fresh daily. It really shows in the quality the customer receives. If you're in the area, hit them up! You won't regret it. read more

This was a great ice cream place. He ordered the people that are banana split Sunday which, in my opinion, I could've used more peanut butter and fudge toppings. Otherwise everything is delicious; coffee toffee shake, maple walnut ice cream, and PB shake. Reasonably priced too. read more

Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a national chain that according to its web site started out in Bridgewater, Pennsylvania way back in 1989. It is a lovely place to visit during some of those long hot summer days and indulge to either your stomach or your wallet's content. The ice cream here is very good and there is a variety of flavors from which to choose. The price point of the individual scoops of ice cream and cones is on par with its competitors such as Baskin Robbins-31 Flavors and may be a bit more affordable aside from the optional added toppings. Please take note that there is no indoor seating but only outdoor patio tables with umbrellas are provided to keep the sun off. One essentially orders from the friendly wait staff at the counter and then goes to either one's car or one of the available tables to eat one's ice cream. The Bruster's of this local community is usually bustling with activity on weekend afternoons and evenings but yet the staff is always courteous to treat its customer's with a smile. I know that every time that I drive past the place to another intended destination that it almost looks like there is an outdoor party happening. I do not know if this particular outlet serves food products like the famous Nathan's Hot Dogs as the official web site promotes but this is no doubt a welcome addition to the franchise. If one is possibly either diabetic on a diet and trying to watch what one eats but still wants something sweet then one might want to select one of the offered no sugar added ice cream flavors. Of course, it is unbelievably hard to deny oneself when tempted with all the other selections so more power to you if you endure the temptation. Visit this place when you happen upon them in along one of their spots dotting the U.S. landscape and you won't be disappointed. Your mouth and your stomach will be gratefully pleased even if your wallet does feel a tad lighter after leaving the place. Fantastic ice cream ... tasty and unique flavors...friendly servers ... cute facility. Great prices, and soooo many options!! Yum.

"You're so cool, Brewster!" Different spelling, and a business instead of a vampire, but Brusters is still A-OK. The ice cream is average, but the service is great. It's worth a stop if passing through the area. read more
