I love smoothie king, and go frequently to the scottsville location (it's a mile from my house). I love the app, rewards, and their protein-heavy smoothies! However, the service and hours are beyond inconsistent. I go 2-3 times a week and the headsets don't work, there's no signage promoting you to go to the window when they're not working, employees don't pay attention when customers come through the drive through, and in the past 3 months I've arrived at smoothie king (1-2 hours after their opening time) and no one is there to even open the shop. I worked at the Nashville rd location in college and NEVER experienced that many technical issues with the headsets, or that level of service that just isn't there. I understand younger workers and work ethic is still a learned trait, but there's more times than I'd like to admit that I given up and just left because they're not at the shop or just not coming to the window/speaker and it's completely dark on the inside. It's also so awkward as a customer to wait in the drive through for 5 minutes then walking inside to see employees hiding in the back or just not present. Either google hours are misleading (which should be adjusted) or they've really struggled to adequately staff this location. If you have the time, I'd recommend the Nashville rd location over this. Unfortunately, I love their smoothies and this location is my best option. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! I'm a truck driver & on 8/7/2022 on an Sunday I stopped at this Smoothie King location 2708 Scottsville Rd Bowling Green, KY 42104, two employees one Korean girl "I think"and a dude. I walk in Girl look at me and frowned up, Man come from back greed me and ask her did she take my order, I can tell she had a attitude when she didn't reply back to him, I told dude I order off the app, then she respond to me, "Are you sure you at the right store" I showed her the address 2708 Scottsville Rd Bowling Green, KY 42104, and she said you at the wrong store and gave me a bogus address, & that's when dude said I got him and the smoothie he made was trash water down, "NEVER AGAIN ILL STOP THERE!!! They close the inside 100% of the time and make you go through the drive thru, which they typically will not even greet you for around 10-15 minutes. I have never seen the inside of the store because they keep the door locked all of the time. Slow, poor service, if you want smoothie king, go to the one on Nashville road. read more

have great customer service and they make the best smoothies. I highly recommend you to get smoothie from Smoothie King, they have all flavor, all fruits you add and sub. I got the Smoothie bow which was called "PS SW" and the smoothie drink which was called "Angel Food" with extra bananas because I love banana haha. They are pretty fast with my orders too. Went an hour before close. All the lights were off so I worried it was closed so I drove up the entrance and someone was in there behind the counter. However they had a hand written sign saying drive thru only which is fine. Waited 5-10 mins at the speaker, during the time saying hello is anyone there type of stuff. Drove up to the window and waited there for another 5ish mins. No one ever came to the window so I drove around and looked into the front of the store and didn't see anyone. Then right as I was getting ready to give up I noticed someone. So I was like I really want a smoothie I'm going to try again. Did the same thing again and this time I knocked on the drive thru window. No one ever came to the speaker or the window yet again. So I drove around the front and saw the worker just sitting on the ground playing on there phone. Never end up getting a smoothie due to the worker not taking my order. Lost out on a willing customer due to worker not doing their job. read more

I've had some decent smoothies here but the staff is always extremely dismissive and impolite. I normally don't write bad reviews but I love SK when traveling and this location is extremely lazy. They closed 15 mins early on me recently so I'll never go back.. read more

Im giving it a couple of stars because I really like the smoothies but I'm disappointed and a little frustrated at this point because this is the 3rd time in maybe a 2 month span that I've sat in the drive through just to find out that nobody has opened the store in the morning. No notification of adjusted hours on the teller or menu in the drive through, just a line of cars unknowingly waiting, just to be disappointed and waist their time. I don't know what's going on at this particular location but you're losing a lot of business by not showing up for shifts. Management needs to step in to fix this or at least put some sort of notification up if it's a shortness of staff issue. read more
