The gentleman who did the tour has been in the fire department for over two decades, has a wealth of information in his head. There is the very first ever "fire truck" here and several iterations therein. The entire tour was very engaging, entertaining and informative. They literally used to have the best cheese fries in town but no longer. My favorite time here used to be on Tuesday when they had $2 almost anything... well actually almost every night of the week they USED to have some really great drink special going on so it is always was a good place to go for cheap drinks and decent food. In the past you could easily check out their website for the daily specials but now they don't have a functioning website? I also used to frequently end up here for various gatherings but the groups that I used to meet here don't seem to meet here anymore. It's an easy pivot to switch toppings for a new sandwich. I asked again saying we didn't want what they made and finally after saying it a few times, one guy said fine I guess we will make one. My husband was so done, this already took them 15 minutes to make and said he wasn't waiting on them and he was so angry. Twice now he's tried ordering this and no au jus. It's easy and maintenance guys appear the following day if not on the same day. My issues (4 during the entire 3 years) always happened at night so I say "following day". The most recent maintenance guys are very good. My husband works in commercial construction so we are always sensitive to maintenance. 3) Every time we had to renegotiate our lease the Lease Manager, Vi was very understanding and worked with us on timing of move out. 4) The gate never works but due to the hurricane season, it makes sense. With that said, it fails yearly so it should be replaced completely for the price tag on these units. HOWEVER the parking lot is significantly recessed so it's difficult for the general public to even know it exists. All in all not many complaints here.
