My A/C went out at 11pm on a Friday of Memorial Day weekend, and it's been in the 90s all week. I got several recommendations from friends, but 6 & Fix was the only one with technicians working through the holiday weekend. I'm working all weekend and wasn't going to have someone available to let a technician in, but I have a numeric door code. Alex let himself in and did a thorough diagnostic ($95). Nick then called to tell me the quote for the two must-have fixes, and he let me know there was one minor and one major issue that would need to be addressed in order to prevent this happening again. He held on giving me a quote for that because he's waiting to get in touch with the manufacturer when they open after the holiday -- because he is going to see if they will change the original homeowner's warranty into my name. He then sent me the quote for the urgent work so I could price shop, and I was able to call anytime before 6pm to get a service tech out tonight. Sean got here just a couple hours after my call and had the work done before I got home from work. It felt like 6 & Fix went above and beyond. What could have been a very stressful day at work was not at all because I knew someone was coming to find out what was going on, and better yet they were able to get it fixed today without me there. The icing on the cake is them even explaining to me that it's possible to change the warranty into my name, let alone the fact that they're trying to do it for me. A business like this could charge a premium for being available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but their quote was not much more than others (who would come out after the holiday), if at all. 6and Fix replaced a large Trane dual fuel HVAC with an all electric Daikin unit and they were on time, worked fast and had us up and running in one day. They provide 12 years of parts and service on the unit and very often same day service if there is a problem. One of their lead techs, Colby Dennis, was here on Oct. 13, 2022 and performed maintenance on both of the units at our home, even though they only installed one of them. They notify you when their tech is on the way and about when he will arrive. They, and especially Colby, know what they are doing and 6and Fix is the fastest and most knowledgeable HVAC service we have encountered in the last 50 years. I would recommend 6andFix to anyone needing HVAC services. read more

When we first had a problem with our A/C, I was shocked that a company would be able to see us on the same day! Roc J. is the technician that was assigned to fix our unit after the problems had been diagnosed. Roc was super cool and considerate. Roc fixed the known issue, but also discovered some other issues that needed fixing, and were also a safety concern. Now the company is covering a second repair job because their first recommended fix was not all that needed to be done. Very happy with the service and the friendliness of the staff! read more

Our AC went out in 95 degree heat. I called at 5:15pm asking for same day service due to health issues in our home and unable to stay in the heat for any period of time. They gave me a 6-10pm window. Our tech arrived around 8:30pm. He was kind and very professional. By 10:30pm he had diagnosed the problem and replaced the part! The bill was also very affordable! Five star rating is primarily for technician Craig who is a pro and has great interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge and pride in his profession. Well done. Overall, 6 and fix has been inconsistent, required too much micromanagement and oversight to get them to perform administration and basic follow-through on commitments. They should spend less time at their marketing booth at home shows and more time in how to be a diligent and reliable business operation. read more

I have a service agreement with 6&fix. Had no heat, called them and a Tech (Colby Dennis) came out before the end of the day and diagnosed the problem. Parts on the way for, hopefully, a quick fix.
