He then said they were quite busy and could not do the job for 5-6 days. However, he thought another customer may be postponing a job and if so, he could be here in 2 days. Sure enough, he called the next day to tell me he could be at my home the following day. Once he got here, Todd did a number of things to clear the blockage. It must have been quite a large clog because it took some time and effort but he did not stop until he was absolutely certain that the drain was clear. He then cleaned up the basement floor of any dirt and water before he left. I could not be happier with Todd and Basement Pros. He came out the same day to survey the area that had been partially dug out by the scammers. Due to the urgency, Michael got me on his schedule and started the work the following week. When you are going through a devastating and life-changing time. You need a compassionate and meticulous group of individuals working for you to restore your home. Adam himself arrived and did a comprehensive walk through and give me a solid price for demoing the exiting finished basement, installing a complete perimeter french drain, and refinishing the basement. I won't lie, it was a very messy job due to the amount of work that needed to be done, but the job was done on schedule, done with quality, and done to my expectations. But here's where Adam really shines: I had some post install issues that I needed resolved, and instead of what every other contractor out there did by ignoring me because they already had their money, Adam took a personal interest in making sure I was 100% completely satisfied with everything.
