I don't normally enjoy that dish but this one was excellent. The meat was flavorful and not grisly and the broccoli was cooked perfectly, not mushy. It was a huge portion. After eating a piece of the corn, she's got beef broccoli leftovers. Randy also got a raspberry soda which was good, not super sweet, and Corina got the apple mint lemonade which was very good. Every table and bar seat were taken, with lively ambience. The bartenders were hard working and so attentive. There's a merchandise area near the entrance, which also has a bunch of canned and bottled beer to go but not as much as other locations. You can walk here from the nearby resort, making it a safe space to imbibe. It's a quick drive from the area as well. Their beer is fantastic, with large pints and clean glassware. It's well worth the visit to see where this place all began!

Safe food handling should be the most important priority in any kitchen. As great as the meal and service was, it is a bummer that 5/9 of my party was sick for the next few days.
