Set an appointment up with Megan and we were fit right into a Saturday appointment on the same week. Wait... did that just happen? Way too easy. Fast forward to Saturday, Jason called before the appointment to tell me he was running a little late, but no worries because Megan had given a time window and we were still well within it. Wait... did that just happen? People still do that. I figured there's going to be a catch somewhere during this whole transaction. But then Jason says "I hate seeing people spend money they don't have to... let me try something". Wait... did that just happen? I'm more accustomed to "that will be more money." Backflow Prevention Assembly devices are crucial to a plumbing system and are engineered thoughtfully in that they are built to be tested for reliability. When they fail to hold tightly above required pressure differentials, a tester knows this data only by service testing. Testing is required annually by Federal, State and Local law. It helps keep our water safe to consume. Assured Backflow is dedicated to testing, repairing, and if necessary, replacing backflow prevention assemblies and has been doing so for Coloradans since 2006.

Our HOA used American Backflow last month to test the backflow for our unit. Dylan came out to do…read morethe job and told my father who was there to let him in my home that "even if the backflow doesn't pass, we'll pass it anyways". Well, that's exactly what he did. The backflow then proceeded to leak for 5 days when my wife and I discovered water seeping up through our floors next to the utility closet. The backflow was leaking from the 2 check valves on top of the backflow that Dylan used to check the system. It was also discovered that he accidentally moved our drain for all the piping in that utility closet when he conducted his test which caused the condensation line from the condenser to leak into that closet as well. Dylan came back out that following Monday and repaired the 2 valves that were leaking, and a separate plumber (a friend of Steve Krebbs) came out to fix the drain issue. Dylan apologized for the water damage to our floors and admitted it was him that caused it and that Steve would call me to discuss paying for the damages caused by his employee. I waited for over a week and received no call from Steve. I called his office twice during that time and they assured me that he would be calling. He never did which shows what type of person he is. I called him after waiting that week and he is now saying they aren't liable for the damages and trying to pass the buck to my HOA for hiring his company. I have video evidence and pictures of the damages. Do not use this company.

I was lucky to obtain an appointment as soon as I did. On the day of the appointment the technicians, Sasha and Derek, called to tell me they could come earlier than expected. That was great news. Sasha and Derek showed up, greeted my dog with kindness, he talks a lot, but he is friendly. They invited Max to say hello and made friends. So, if you have a dog, there are no worries. I showed and explained the problem and they said no problem. Sasha and Derek replaced the diaphragm on one circuit so fast I was absolutely amazed. Then there was a sprinkler head in the front yard that was leaking badly. They dug it up, replaced the head, and confidently replace the sod. They mad it look so easy I was almost ashamed that I had called. But I'm an older person with som physical limitations and the job would have taken me three days, at least. Sasha and Derek are the consummate professionals. It was like magic watching them work. I'll call them back in a heartbeat!

He is certified in several areas. His main business is backflow services, but he also works with water meters, sprinkler systems, and lawn care. I knew him from dealing with the water company a couple of years back. So, when he showed up on our local NextDoor offering to blow out sprinklers, I hired him. I trust Adam, and would recommend him. I think his assistant needs some more training, but Adam is aware and is handling that. My system is shut down, and we discovered an issue, which Adam addressed. I find Adam to be honest and he cares to do a good job. He's probably going to also aerate my lawn before too long, so I can add to the review if I'm allowed, once that happens. He has a policy that if he aerates and accidentally breaks a sprinkler head, he will replace that sprinkler head when he turns the system on in the Spring. That, I think, is unique and is one reason I'm hiring him to do that work for me. Recommended!
