Set an appointment up with Megan and we were fit right into a Saturday appointment on the same week. Wait... did that just happen? Way too easy. Fast forward to Saturday, Jason called before the appointment to tell me he was running a little late, but no worries because Megan had given a time window and we were still well within it. Wait... did that just happen? People still do that. I figured there's going to be a catch somewhere during this whole transaction. I was lucky to obtain an appointment as soon as I did. On the day of the appointment the technicians, Sasha and Derek, called to tell me they could come earlier than expected. That was great news. Sasha and Derek showed up, greeted my dog with kindness, he talks a lot, but he is friendly. They invited Max to say hello and made friends. So, if you have a dog, there are no worries. I showed and explained the problem and they said no problem. Sasha and Derek replaced the diaphragm on one circuit so fast I was absolutely amazed. Then there was a sprinkler head in the front yard that was leaking badly. They dug it up, replaced the head, and confidently replace the sod. They mad it look so easy I was almost ashamed that I had called. But I'm an older person with som physical limitations and the job would have taken me three days, at least. Sasha and Derek are the consummate professionals. It was like magic watching them work. I'll call them back in a heartbeat!

We have sent emails to tell them that we wrote the check on the day of the service and it was cashed the next day. We have offered to send proof. No answer from owner just more over due notices sent to us. Tried to call but no answer and mailbox was full. Never had this problem with previous owner. UPDATE; Owner did reach out and apologized for the auto generated overdue notices.
