I had my eye on a Maverick - and he was super knowledgeable about all the features and differences between models. Made us feel super comfortable was easy going the entire time. This was, by far, one of the worst Harley-Davidson dealerships I've visited when it comes to…read moremerchandise and basic customer service. I don't want to believe it was because we're Black, but the experience certainly left us wondering. We were excited to buy Kennewick Harley-Davidson T-shirts as souvenirs, but that didn't happen. The shirts on the sales floor were disappointing--the necks were stretched out, and the quality was noticeably lower than what we've seen at other Harley dealerships. We did find newer merchandise by the register, but we were told it couldn't be sold because the employee responsible for that department wasn't working that day. It was frustrating to hear that no one else could sell us a few T-shirts. Good customer service is about finding solutions, not excuses. Maybe if we had been shopping for a brand-new Harley--or looked like the "right" customers--we would have left Kennewick with the shirts we wanted. Instead, we left empty-handed and disappointed. I'll survive without the shirts, but the poor customer service is what I'll remember most about this dealership. Whatever the reason, it was an experience that fell far below what I've come to expect from Harley-Davidson dealerships.

When I went in to reclaim my vehicle, the first thing the manager asked me was whether or not I had decided to sell my truck to him. MY WINDSHEILD WAS STILL NOT FIXED. after that the light turned on AGAIN. at that point me & my mom were fed up so we went to the dealership to talk to the owner whatever her fucking name is she basically told us it would be stupid to trade it in bc we would loose money. they then told us to call speck gmc we made an appointment w them on my way there my car was heating up i couldn't even drive it. there was something else completely wrong with it. i ended up having to get it towed to speck where they said something was wrong w my water outlet. they were tryna wax me almost 1K so i asked my uncle to fix it he's a mechanic. he fixed it. when he fixed it he found out the antifreeze was leaking. there was a hole in the antifreeze tank. there was also a problem with the water pump but we had a warranty so we got that fixed at speck for free. then my uncle replaced the antifreeze tank. ever since my car has been good. until a couple days ago the check engine light turned on AGAIN. the antifreeze was low AGAIN. it's also been shaking. this car has been nothing but problems since i got it august 2021.

The front brake caliper bolts were loose as well. For what they charge it's absolutely unacceptable. If I could I would give this place negative stars.

We bought a 2018 Ford Escape from McCurley Chevrolet in March. At the time of signing, everything…read morewas perfect and we were assured that the vehicle had even been given a McCurley Certified 360 inspection. A week later, the car started having shifting issues. It was struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears and was making a sound under the hood. We brought it back and explained the issues. They told us McCurley Mazda did the initial inspections and to bring it there, so we did. We ended up having to leave it there because no one could tell us what was wrong. We didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so we called and they said they still didn't know anything, but thought it was the timing chain. We didn't hear anything again for another week, so we called and were told no one there knew what was going on and they were taking it to McCurley Ford. It stayed another 2 weeks there with no updates, except to randomly call us one day to let us know the guy working on it would be absent that day. About a week later, they called and said it was done. They replaced the timing chain. We picked it up, brought it home, and it was good for another week. Now it is doing the SAME thing again that we initially brought it in for -- jerking, struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears, and there is a ticking sound under the hood. On top of that, the driver's side door is struggling to open and close. They kept the car through the entire warranty period, but since this is the same issue we originally brought it in for, we should not have any financial obligations for repairs. I submitted a contact form and after not hearing anything back for a week, I called. I was assured it would be escalated and someone would call me back. Here we are another week later and we still have not heard from anyone. To say we are livid is an understatement. We paid almost $14,000 for a car that has given us nothing but problems, with symptoms pointing directly to transmission issues. I believe our car was purposely kept through the warranty period and that they knew it was a transmission issue. As I said before, we should not be obligated to take on the financial burden of repairing this car since we initially brought it in during the warranty period and the same problem is still persisting. Honestly, I almost want my $3,000 down payment back so I can go elsewhere. I wanted to give these dealerships the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to rectify the situation before writing a negative review, but it seems our problem does not matter. My suggestion is to go elsewhere if you are in the market for a vehicle.
