I came with a group, and while we all had our own drinks, we shared sips and tried each other's food. We had the olive tapenade on bread, the meatballs with both sauces (Pinot BBQ and marinara), the mac and cheese, and the Big D pizza. Everything was so good! They host events almost every day, which makes it one of the best places in Sherwood if you're looking for something fun to do. Great food, great drinks, and super friendly service. The owners are awesome and put a lot into making it a fun community spot. Such a solid local, family-owned place to support! We came for a fun night before Thanksgiving for Sparkle Night, and they had tons of sparkling wine and even edible glitter in their cocktails -- such a cute touch and a great time. I love this little, but secretly many table wine spot, in the middle of beautiful wine country. Great food to go with many ole wine sips! Plus they have crazy good live music some night and get ready....trivia nights! Also, who doesn't love such a quaint downtown vibe as Sherwood? The olives are basic. The mixed drinks are not good. They do not serve you water at your table, you have to get it yourself. We visited for the first time Saturday night to celebrate a recent milestone. We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff, and found our table reserved with our name on it. We had a spinach salad and chopped salad, both with added grilled chicken. The Watermill Walla Walla red blend recommended by the bartender was very tasty, and the dessert trio was amazing. We stopped here for an afternoon cocktail on a Sunday. We were just visiting Sherwood for the weekend and stopped in for a pre dinner drink. I got the 503 Vodka drop with Raspberry as my flavor (pictured) and it was delicious. My husband got some sort of whiskey sour (I can't remember the name). The atmosphere was so charming, it was busy in there but did not feel chaotic at all. There seemed to be only one server and he was working very hard and so polite to every table. When we come back to visit we will definitely be coming back and trying their food! Another note, the flowers that they had on all the tables were some of the prettiest I have seen. Cool locale. Appreciate the live music and the atmosphere is great. Mixed drinks we had were okay. May have liked wine more. The food was a huge disappointment. We ordered the protein platter to start. It was basically a Lunchable minus the Capri Sun and tiny candy. It consisted of: 6 mini carrots, 4 mediocre meatballs, 4 celery sticks and about 10 slices of cuke with 2oz hummus and 2 oz of marinara. Oh and 2 olives on the hummus. We asked for pita on the side and got 1 pita, microwaved and cut into 8 slices. Not even presented nice. It was just laid out and sliced. It was actually an insult of a starter. It cost us $17 for that nonsense. We opted to not order any more food. I realize 503 Uncorked is more about the atmosphere and wine but when food is offered, do it well. I'm not sure we will return as it was really a poor representation of what could be a cool wine bar. read more

Tonight 503 has "Drink for Pink", yet another example of how Deb and her team give back to both the local Sherwood community and national charitable organizations. On the other hand we could just concentrate on the fact that this is a great Wine + Whiskey bar in a small town in Oregon. Food is great - yes it is not Mason ( 2 doors down) but its exactly what you need on a night of trivia (Tuesday) or one of the many music nights - check out the unplugged on the 3rd Thursday of the month. As someone who has been in the restaurant and wine business, 503 Uncorked is an insult to both. Their food might as well have been from Trader Joe's and re-plated, their wines are low end selections marked up drastically. I understand that restaurants run on slim margins, but selling a $7 wholesale prices wine for $12-$14 a glass is doing your customers a disservice. A wine bar is supposed to be a place of discovery for wine, pouring wines fit for grocery outlet is insulting to your customers. read more
