I did a quick call with Andrew to go over what I was looking for in a sitter, how long Maverick needed to be watched and shared more about his personality. After the call, I completed an Intake form with all of Maverick's information which included his veterinarian details and copy of his vaccine records. The process was so organized and reassuring. Before the actual sitting day, we set up a meet-and-greet with Andrew and Stephanie so we could see where Maverick would be staying and get to know them both. Their space was great and it was clear they're a team who truly cares about the pets they host. On the day of the sit, we received many picture and video updates throughout Maverick's time with them. They took him on multiple walks which helped alleviate some of his anxious tendencies. This gave us so much peace of mind. He was tired out by the time we got home! Stephanie and Andrew were incredibly accommodating, detailed and easy to work with. We were grateful they were able to squeeze us in on such short notice! Payment was simple and convenient. They offer multiple payment options and I was able to pay with Zelle with no problem. My wife's family lives in the LA area, so we'll definitely book with them again whenever Maverick joins us on our future trips. Highly recommend this wonderful husband & wife team!

This is by far the worst company of pet sitting I've ever experienced. Not reliable. This company…read moredoes not know how to provide solutions or handle any sort of challenges or conflicts if they arise. I understand that they are their own business and have their own rules, but imagine if this was a real child or if I planned a vacation and you left me stranded without a sitter because you couldn't call me with any information, and left me a message justifying the reasons why which could've been mitigated. The frustration you have left me in a state of stress and panic all because you felt uncomfortable about a landlord being on the property attending his building maintenance and as he asked you who he was you failed to mention to him you are a pet sitter. Which I specifically told you to let other others know that your pet sitter because you're in the grass area if you happen to run into anybody. You didn't tell me about all of this until after the fact, and I could've called my landlord within seconds to let him know you're a pet sitter simple! And this is what I mean that it's very unprofessional and you don't know how to manage any challenges that come your way.

We were very nervous to try a new dog walking service after relocating to west LA from Chicago, but with both of us working full time with commutes it became a priority very quickly. From the very beginning, the entire process was easy, professional, and reassuring. Barbie, the owner, was incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all of our questions. We asked for her honest opinion about whether 15-minute or 30-minute visits would be more appropriate for Harper, and we really appreciated that she gave us thoughtful, unbiased advice based on his needs rather than simply recommending the longer visit. That honesty gave us a great deal of confidence that Harper's well-being was always the priority. Our sitter, Lindsay, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, and clearly took the time to get to know Harper rather than simply stopping by to complete a checklist. The updates after each visit were one of our favorite parts of the service. We received thoughtful notes and videos by text after every visit. We especially appreciated that everything came through text rather than requiring a separate app. The communication was outstanding and gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. We genuinely looked forward to Lindsay's notes and videos after each visit. Her thoughtful updates let us follow Harper's progress throughout our trip, and it was wonderful to see him become more and more comfortable with her. When she told us he had even let her pick him up, we knew just how much trust he had developed. When we arrived home, Harper was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Lindsay even left us a thoughtful handwritten note and drawing, which was such a sweet personal touch. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience with a professional pet sitter. We will absolutely use this service again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate in-home pet care.
