She was kind, caring, and clearly took the time to get to know Harper rather than simply stopping by to complete a checklist. The updates after each visit were one of our favorite parts of the service. We received thoughtful notes and videos by text after every visit. We especially appreciated that everything came through text rather than requiring a separate app. The communication was outstanding and gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away.
