They said my wait time was about an hour and a half. Humm, well I know the towing and wrecking business when I did it years ago. And when you get busy you do get busy. I said fine, no problem. About half hour goes by and in comes Excel. I have worked with them before. The drivers name was Mark. Mark's a 17 year veteran wrecker operator.
