Great communication: texted when he was on the way and expected to arrive. When Steve got here, he opened the electrical panel to install the new breaker and discovered mice had chewed some of the wires. He replaced and repaired everything needed for that as well. Could not be happier with his work. He worked fast and went above and beyond. And the price was very reasonable for everything done. Invoice clearly showed costs for all materials used and labor.
