Our tub drain under the house was disconnected and was dumping into our crawl space. Also, our existing plumbing was cast iron and upon further inspection Matt found that it was disintegrating. Although it was OK for the moment we decided that while he was down there to have it replaced with PVC. While I had him here he also replaced the drain under the bathroom sink because it was leaking and he tightened our toilet seat. Matt completed the job thoroughly, providing photos since I couldn't get under the house. He left everything in perfect working order. I found his pricing to be very competitive and affordable. He came out quickly to give a quote and was able to get to us very quickly once I accepted it. He stayed until the job was done and was very communicative from start to finish. My 1997 master bath was past due for renovation. The owner, Jonathan, informed me of what to expect…read more(bacteria growth and scum) before my quote and before he tore out the drywall and flooring. All he did was lift up an already loose piece of flooring. We saw black mold (a mycotoxin).It was from getting out of the shower and water dripping into the gap between the flooring and shower tub thing. He explained how it grew there and that the high quality sealants and preparation he used will last much longer than the traditional sealants. He showed me a tube so I could look it up. Days later and I have a nice functional bathroom and everything is beautiful and high quality. And I won't have to worry about spending more money when I sell because everything was done right. This is the guy if you want skilled craftmanship.

Entered into contract for a covered and screened in deck with DH Project and Construction on…read more4/26/22. On 8/4/22 he visited with another contractor to help explain that he underbid the project and would need an additional 30% even though he was already paid a deposit on a signed contract. Agreed and paid this new amount. Project is still not complete a year and 3 months later even though he has been paid in full in installments. Have been more than patient but now he is not returning communication at all. The deck ceiling is now falling apart before the project is even complete. Pictures of this incomplete deck are being used in the business profile. All I am asking for is completion of the work or a partial refund to cover another contractor completing the work.
