Robert did a great job filling cracks and building the parge (protective layer inside the fireplace) while both Russ and Robert completed outside work, replacing the crown, improving the flues and flue caps. As always, communication is top-notch and I would not hesitate to recommend Cinci Sweeps to anyone for inspections, cleaning and reconstruction. The gentleman who came out was very responsive, nice to talk to, and cleaned up his mess. I was told I would be needing a drone inspection of the chimney though as it was not easily accessible. I then was given a time when someone would stop by and inspect my chimney via drone. The time came and went and there was no contact from CCS. I then reached out again and was told everything looked fine and there were no issues. I asked if there were any pictures of the chimney they could share. I was told no they didn't take any. I then went back and looked on my outdoor camera and noticed that the truck arrived at my house at the day in question but no one ever left the truck. No drone ever exited the truck. Nothing was actually done and 5 mins after the truck arrived, the truck left. I then pointed this out to the owner/operator and all communication stopped. I would stay away from this company before investing thousands of dollars with them as you obviously cannot trust what they say. Beware.

I found this company after consulting Home Advisor and I could not be happier. Tom and CJ were due…read moreat 9:30 and they pulled in my driveway at 9:29. They cleaned my chimney, repaired a crack on the fireplace insert, vacuumed the inside of the fireplace and even wiped the glass clean. Tom put down a throw so that nothing got on my carpet and the throw was carefully folded up so not one speck of soot was in my house. They also repaired a plumbing boot on the roof and repaired some trim. This was also done carefully and quickly. I will definitely use them again because they did a great job but they also did a few extra things that I appreciated. I was bringing in the garbage can and CJ grabbed the other one and brought it in. They saw where I found the extra paint and put it away when they finished. Finally, one of dogs had taken some of the stuffing out of a toy and they picked it up as they were cleaning up from the fireplace work. I will definitely use them again!
