Even though I had measured, they did not fit when I tried to attach them. I headed into Hye Lighting and Victor immediately attended to me and fixed the crystals. I later found another missing crystal I had missed and went back to Hye again. Victor and his assistant searched high and low for the one last missing Swarovski crystal and sure enough they found one in their stash the exact size. Victor was a lifesaver and the fact that this store has so many supplies on hand to fix anything really makes them a hidden gem. Just when I thought me and the Internet could do it all, this amazing little shop proves nothing beats a brick and mortar store with owners that have extensive knowledge, inventory, and good old-fashioned service. Then I was reluctantly offered a store credit. The clerk's demeanor and arrogance were appalling. I was told that it's the owner's policy. I don't believe him. This policy is not posted anywhere, nor was I told that this was a final sale. We will never buy from this store again. There is nothing proprietary about these light bulbs, and they are readily available at a lesser price online, in Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, etc. I tried patronizing a local vendor in Thousand Oaks.
