Eric is a LIFESAVER! We had originally hired another company to film and take pictures of our wedding and provide us with a Blu-ray disk along with a pre-wedding/wedding album. We had a horrible experience with the previous company. The samples that were shown to us during our initial meeting with the previous company were nothing close to what they tried to produce for our wedding. They had amateur editors who did not know what they were doing. They could not follow simple instructions and the editor which we spent countless hours with left the company and they never delivered us our wedding package and were paid in full. We were left with no choice but to pursue a lawsuit against the previous company since they were not completing the work and avoiding our calls/emails/texts. Fortunately, we were able to obtain the footage and pictures from the previous company which was not an easy task to accomplish before things went complete sour. We were lucky enough to get a recommendation by our friend to Eric to edit our wedding video and Kris Kan to provide us with our pre-wedding/wedding album. Eric is truly very talented and professional! We have yet to meet someone like Eric that takes pride in his work and will do anything in his abilities to make you satisfied with the finished product. He pays close attention to detail and is incredibly responsive. We were MIND-BLOWN on how painless Eric made the process for us!! We doubted when Eric said he will have the edited video in 1 month. The video shot by the previous company was also shot by amateurs so I am certain it was a nightmare for Eric to work with the footage. Eric did deliver as promised! The footage Eric produced was more than what we expected. We were AMAZED on the quality of work and how he made the best of what he had to work with. Unfortunately we had to learn the hard way. Learn from our mistake! Do not waste your time looking for another videographer and photographer. I just wish we went with Eric and Kris in the first place. We would have saved a lot of headache/time and money. Your wedding day is one day and it's so hard to make sure you have the best photographer, and when it is all over, that is all we have, the photos and the videos, so the only person I would trust is Eric and Kris. There aren't enough good things to be said about Eric and his crew. Before I get into any of the details, he is practically invisible throughout the entire process and our video was amazing. Most videographers are very intrusive but Eric is incredible. We had a few in person meetings with Eric. He made us feel very comfortable with the day-of schedule and all of our requests.
