I had One Captures shoot my wedding. Although, I couldn't afford much, I got just what I wanted with the photos. Noe was on-time and wasted no time starting to shoot when I arrived. She seemed skilled at knowing the best wedding poses that new couples usually want to have taken. We walked around and she shot us in several locations to have a variety of photos. One Captures has been on this journey with us since 2019!! We have canceled, rescheduled, postponed, canceled, and rebooked for the last 3 years! Nancy, Noe , and Valeria not only exceeded our expectations with our wedding and engagement photography, but they are now people we would consider friends. Everything was so effortless we could not have been happier with the results, truly breathtaking! Not only is the team exceptionally talented photographers/videographers, they're wonderful people to work with. First of all, these ladies were very nice. They helped calm my nerves down when I was getting emotional and nervous about the wedding. They were also very patient with me and the situation since the wedding happened during covid. I had to cancel once and made revisions a couple times to be in accordance to the regulations that the city and state put in place regarding CoVid-19. Our wedding took place from 9:00am-1pm. Very short time to fit the ceremony (traditional) and reception altogether. When I first met them (on the day of the wedding), I thought they were really young. I was a little hesitant on their experiences but gave them a chance anyway since I saw their portfolio (through Yelp) and loved it. Also, I don't have a choice. That's the day of my wedding so obviously I have to go through with it. The photos and videos were mediocre. Nothing special about them and they weren't edited like they promised us. I got over 700 pictures and I thought it was a lot. When I went through it, I've only gotten 100 decent pictures out of 700. Most of the angles were crooked or awkward, the lighting wasn't that good (some of them. Luckily our wedding was done in broad daylight so there were a lot of natural lighting) or they were a little blurry. The video was absolutely horribly edited. It was as if they just put together the footages they got and put a music on top of it. That's it. It was more than an hour long. Who uploads more than hour long wedding video? No one. Or at least not me. This wasn't communicated to me anyway so whatever. I can't use them now. By the way, they did offer to revise the video if we didn't like it but it wasn't just the editing but the videos they took. I didn't want to waste my time anymore dropping it off and picking it up again. Lastly, during the reception, I told them that I put them down for the food as well. I didn't want them to starve all through out the program but my issue was that once they found out about it, they sat down and stopped taking pictures. Like I would have appreciated it if probably 2 kept taking pictures while the other one ate and all that. There should have been a strategy to cover the whole event while being able to eat as well. I am not sure why but looking at the photos on their Yelp page, the photos we got were nothing compared to them. It was as if they were done by two different photographers and if that was the case, I suggest you ask for their main photographer if you still want to give this place a try. Unfortunately for me and my husband, we can't redo our wedding. We're stuck with those photos and videos. Lesson learned -- you get what you pay for. read more

I have been hesitant on writing a review because I didn't know how to put it without sounding rude or mean. Our wedding was supposed to be held on May 23,2020 but with covid we had to postpone until July 3,2021. They were super nice about it. We paid almost $5000 and we thought we were going to get the amazing quality we seen on their instagram of videos and photos. We got nothing like that. We got maybe 100 good pictures, didn't get the album that was supposed to be with our package. Didn't get anything until 4 MONTHS after the wedding. The video looked like it was filmed on an android. It would lag sometimes. Photos that they were supposed to photoshop weren't photoshopped&&one of the things that got me really upset, NO DECENT FIRST KISS PHOTO. Every bride wants their first kiss as husband and wife, I didn't get that. Instead I got the photo I'm going to attach. If you're going to advertise good photos and videos it would be nice to receive that. read more

If I would leave a zero I would. I contracted this company to do only videographer services. The day of my wedding they were late! Mind you the ceremony started 30 minutes behind schedule. They showed up more then an hour then what was agreed upon. So they did NOT capture any of the entrances.. I will never have the moment I walked into my own wedding at church. When later asked why they were late they tried blaming the wedding coordinator which was totally false! At the reception they had a photographer taking pictures of my guests and trying to sell them which they never got my permission and would NEVER allow. I had to email and text multiple times to get a copy of the DVD. When we received it the quality was horrible the camera angles were sometimes out of focus and at one point it was just a blue screen but you could hear what was going on and they cut out our vows. At the reception they just placed the camera on a tripod and left it. I was promised multiple times a better copy and refund. As of today almost 2 years later never received any refund. The copy we finally received was mediocre. I have proof of all accounts. I'm trying to save couples from making the same mistake.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

It has taken me some time to decide on if I should leave a review or not (our wedding was in 2019 and the only reason we are writing this is because we just revisited our wedding and are so disappointed in their service . In my experience I would not recommend their service. When we first got a consultation we were promised the world and to be fair I think everything went extremely well during and before the wedding with them. We only began experiencing issues after the wedding when they had given us a date that we can expect our photos and video months after the wedding and one excuse after another on why they didn't have the footage ready or pictures. We probably went to their office a handful of times after because they would tell us a date to stop by to pick up the drive and we would show up and the man always had an excuse on why it was not ready. Long story short we probably got the video about 2-3 months after the date they promised us the photos and video. Once we got the video we were so disappointed with the quality. It honestly looked nothing like the work we were shown. My advice is to choose another business because they are not cheap in pricing and their work ethic is not there. For the price we paid we could of received a better service. In the end my wife and I just let it be because their is literally nothing they can do to improve if the wedding already passed you don't really get a second chance at it .... read more

One Captures is a gem of photography services! We hired them for our wedding day in January. Their work is aesthetic and artful that we could spend much time admiring the pictures and video. The staffs are amazing! We had a great experience working with Valeria who is our main contact person for all the correspondence. She is such a kind, patience and lovely person to work with. Jorge and Carlos are our two friendly photographer and videographer on the wedding day. They make us feel very comfortable during the whole photoshoot. Post-wedding day, Valeria is so patiently caring our nitpicking details on the photos and videos. Kudos to her because she did all the editing wonders. Family photo shoot went wonderful! There were many of us and all were very pleased with the outcome of our pictures. There was a discrepancy on the timing of the shoot which led to very tired babies but overall the whole process was a positive experience and would love to use One Captures again! Eh.. we had our appointment to begin at 1pm. We arrived promptly however they were unprepared, didn't have any back drops available. One of the girls assisting us told us she was going to go pick up the backdrops from some place nearby, made it seem like it would take a few minutes, when in reality we were there more than half an hour waiting. The portrait was for our toddler, so it was harder to practice patience. When she finally arrived with the "back drops", she just had 3 cloths which weren't very impressive. When the photo shoot finally started, it took place in a small back room, we kept our masks on, but the photographer didn't. We felt extremely uncomfortable, especially since she was in close proximity to our toddler. When we had first made the application, we had asked them if they would have the portrait ready by our daughters birthday which was 3 weeks ahead, they assured us it wouldn't be a problem, if anything, they told us the pictures/portrait on average take a week to be ready. But that wasn't the case. We had to call a couple of times to remind them and the portrait wasn't ready till the night before our event! We were also told that we would be contacted with options for the frame, but that didn't happen either. The frame was chosen for us. Not sure I would go there again. read more

I hired this place to take my daughters sweet 16 pictures they were really nice and made us feel real comfortable, so A+ with customer service. I received my digital album and it was awful the picture in the front came out dark and none of the pictures inside were edited so all the dirt and bird shit came out in every picture. When I told the girl about it she said it was already printed and I would get charged to re- do it. The album de firmas they picked the picture they wanted to put in front and it was the worst one my daughter hated it so much she didn't let anyone see it or sign it, it was a waste of money. Also the pictures I would chose for certain things I would tell the girl and she would say ok I got it, and when I would go to pick it up it would be a completely different picture after we would tell her to write it down. She would simply say I'll remember don't worry but that was not the case. Don't recommend for important pictures like weddings or quinces. read more
