I can't recommend them enough! From receiving fast response about our initial inquiry from Cat, to meeting Nik for our engagement shoot, and then finally for our wedding day, everything went as perfect as possible. They're also very flexible and accommodating -- even being okay to accommodate for a last minute change in the contract that my husband and I had to do. If you think their package is too good to be true, it honestly feel like it is, but it is true! I found FunLovinCamera through an Instagram ad, and I am thrilled that I did! Although it was initially their great prices for photo and video that attracted us, when I went to their Instagram page and saw their work, I fell in love and knew that there could be no other photographer/videographer for us on our wedding day. Cat was very helpful in answering questions, emails, and ensuring that our contract was completed. Nik, our photographer, was SO FUN to work with. He gave us kind, clear instructions, had excellent recommendations of locations and shots, and was responsive to our questions. He helped us laugh throughout the day while also capturing our love and the love of all our family and friends throughout the ceremony and reception. He also got about a dozen fully edited sneak peak photos to us only a week after our wedding and the photos are STUNNING! I am obsessed. Our videographer, Vi, was professional, courteous, and captured all of our special moments on video. We can't wait to see the edited products, and will update this review once we have received them! This company also includes access to raw footage for free (although we opted to pay for the hard drive of raw footage since that seemed easiest), which seems to be a rarity for wedding photographers and videographers. They also offered fun extras at a reasonable price such as an Instagram video formatted specially for social media, drone footage, and a full 30-minute video (in addition to the included 5-7-minute highlight video). I found Funlovin through an Instagram story ad as well as a family friend who booked them a few months ahead of us, and decided to book them for our own wedding at The Orchard by Wedgewood after reading many positive reviews. Everything from start to finish was such an amazing experience! Our photographer was Slava and videographer was Richard, and they were so positive, fun, and experienced. Something unique about Funlovin compared to other photography businesses is that they provide ALL raw footage within 2 weeks via Dropbox links, which is a rare practice in the photography business so it was such a nice bonus, on top of their already great pricing. Their photography style seems to favor posed portraits over storytelling candid style photos, which is very clear scrolling through their Instagram portfolio but just something to consider if you know you have a preference. The highlight video was our absolute favorite part, it was so beautiful and we were in awe watching it! This review is so long overdue. I've used Fun Loving Camera 4x now; for my engagement photos, my wedding photo and video, my newborn photos and recently family photos. Obviously I love them because I keep coming back for all my photography needs. Each time our photographer has been Anatoly. He feels like a family friend at this point and he's captured so many of our exciting milestones. My husband who in general dislikes having his photos taken even looks forward to seeing Anatoly. Anatoly is so lighthearted he makes you feel at ease and yet he doesn't miss a detail as he kindly reminds you to adjust your posing to capture just the right angles. He also has such a creative and artistic lens capturing candid photos that really capture each other's personality. Secondly, but no less important than the first point, Fun Loving Camera is very professional and transparent in their booking process and delivery of your photos. Their prices are posted online and there are no surprise fees. You get ALOT of beautifully edited photos (I can't recall the exact number but it's all posted online) and they even offer you a link to your raw unedited photos at no additional charge. We received our wedding photos and video within a month and our other photos within 2 weeks. Lastly our wedding was during Covid and we needed to reschedule twice our wedding and each time Fun Loving Camera was so accommodating and considerate. We were never even charged a rescheduling fee. Our wedding was last year and we're still upset over how things happened. Things were initially going great and then things got messy during the wedding day. First, before I even signed the final contract, they had me spend time making a shot list. I spent over 2 hrs on it making sure I wrote down everything I wanted before submitting it with the final contract (this is important). On the day of, things started off good until the ceremony was done. The two guys taking photos and videos began to rush us to get pictures. They rushed to get us together, they rushed the poses, they rushed everything. Then suddenly they dissapear. We are waiting at the ceremony site, thinking we're taking more pictures since we didn't nearly get all the pictures on our shot list. After about 15 mins, I call them and they tell me they are on the way to the reception site...??? I get upset because we've been sitting here expecting more pictures and they just left. They tell me they were told by my wedding coordinator that we had very limited time and they had to hurry with the pictures. I made them come back because?? 1. We had not even taken all the shots on the shot list I submitted, 2. How do you not share what the wedding coordnitaor told you to make sure we are ok with it, WE are the customers not the wedding coordinator. By the time they came back, it had been 30 mins of wasted time. I asked if they reviewed the shot list they made me submit with the contract and they both had NO idea what I was talking about which made me more upset. We took some more pictures but we still didnt get everything we wanted. We didnt get many pictures with family, they walked around the reception taking random photos of people. When we finally received the photos, it was obvious that attention to detail was little to none. For example, outonniere' were upside down in some pictures (before the ceremony, before the party) Obviously they're just clicking the camera without noticing these things and it really sucks. As a professional photographer, your job is to notice these things and fix them before taking the pictures. Make sure you have people's attention, make sure the boutonneirs are on straight. Make sure that groomsman doesnt have sun glasses on in the group pics. But none of that happened and there are many pictures we cant print because of the lack of attention to detail. Our friends got married a month after we did and looking at their pictures with another photographer and watching that photographer work to get the perfect shots made us feel so dissapointed with our own pictures. Our hearts break because the day is over and we cant turn back to do things differently. read more

Anatoly is simply the best photographer we could ask for our engagement and wedding. We've had couple of photographers before in the past and yet; none of them knew how to properly tell us on how to pose for any of the photos. Anatoly is a master of his work and his work shows on his photos. Sadly, our time was very limited for both occasions because of our dogs by catching the perfect timing for photos because our dogs are easily distracted with their surroundings, wardrobe changes, and the time frame we picked with the sunset. Thankfully, he somehow made it work by rushing everything to catch as much sunlight as he can for our photos. Email correspondence with Kat was ideal- she was really fast, thorough, and kind. We had a really specific list for our family photos and the photographer and videographer (forgot names, sorry!!) followed our plan. They got great shots of our small details and candid shots of us and our guests. A couple reviews said they got too many of guests, but we think they captured the perfect amount. They were both very kind and professional. They were a little standoffish at times, but I didn't mind- they were working and concentrating on getting good content, so it was fine with me. Some of my wedding party pointed it out, but it also may just be a culture difference. I saw other reviews saying they made fun of the weight of their clients or were rude, and I was really scared, but if they judged me, they never said it or showed it. Maybe the company fired that person? Because I felt that the two employees were totally respectful and I never got bad vibes. The thing that makes them absolutely incredible was the final products of all the photos, highlight video, and hour long movie! These two employees are artists and great at their job!! Literally everyone was blown away at their talent. My favorite part was the highlight video. It worked perfectly for my social media and made me feel like the day was so special. The turn around time was also really fast! Everything was guaranteed 60 days from signing the final contract a few days after the wedding. Some of my friends waited 6 months, and paid a thousand more than we did. Final price breakdown: $200 for deposit $2599 for 1 photographer and 1 videographer (they had a sale) $200 for tip day of $429 for final add-ons including 1 hour movie, a flash drive of all edited files (it came as a digital link, but we wanted it as a flash drive too), and additional tip for their amazing service Grand Total: $3428 (Note that some other photographers were charging over $5000 for these services and did not have as amazing photos or video!) I was pretty disappointed we couldn't get all the shots from our shot list, but that was mainly the groomsmen's fault for sucking up all our time with their shenanigans. We hired this company for our wedding photos. Our overall experience was not five stars, as many reviews showed. They had us meet them for our initial meeting at their personal apartment lobby rather than a business office or common location like a Starbucks or park. That seemed a bit odd and uncomfortable. The photographers were very nice, but their English seemed very limited and at times they seemed frustrated and at a loss of words for giving us direction during our photos. Many of our photos were of our wedding guests. We would have wanted way more photos of us as a couple, and us with our guests. The photographers seemed a bit unaware of their surroundings when taking photos. There were many times they almost tripped over chairs and tables or fell Off the stage. We had the best experience with the Fun Lovin Camera team! We began with the manager Catherine, who is communicative and quick to respond to emails. She set us up for an in person appt where we discussed all the package options and pricing. We chose the 8 hr photo/video package that included an engagement session. I was a bit nervous because I'm not very comfortable in front of a camera, but our photographer Anatoly was outstanding to work with. From the moment we met we knew he would be a great fit for us. FLC gives you a couple recommendations of places for the engagement session, but also allow you to choose if you'd like. We went with their recommended location of Lacy Park in the South Pasadena/Alhambra area, which turned out perfect. It's a huge park with lots of different locations to shoot where people don't end up in your pictures. For our wedding, we worked with Anatoly and Alex who are a great team. They were there all night and did an amazing job. Our package included a highlight video which brings me to tears every time I watch it. I highly recommend FLC for your wedding, you won't regret it!
