We reached out to a few different contractors on our kitchen remodel before the pandemic began and were looking to use 4Ever Remodeling based on the services they offer and the price. They weren't the cheapest but also not the most expensive and they had great reviews. We decided to pause because the pandemic hit and just with all the uncertainty we weren't ready to sign a contract yet and Damian was super gracious about it. However after nearly a year of being in our kitchen every day our appliances started to give out so we reached out to Damian to restart the project. He got us a quote really quickly and we started working with Magda on the design. It was super helpful to work with Magda because she made some really key suggestions that have made our kitchen a joy to use. Once the project started we were working with Mike, who was our project manager, and he was super responsive to us which was incredibly helpful. We even had a mishap where our laundry appliances died in the middle of the remodel and they were able to add some electrical work so that the new laundry appliances we got could be installed. It was a pleasure working with them, the only hiccups we had were basically out of control of the team because we were trying to get appliances delivered in Chicago in winter while there were snow storms all week. Even though that messed up the estimated timeline, they were really great at adjusting and figuring out how to take care of us as quickly and efficiently as possible given what was in their control. The contractors themselves were excellent craftsmen and they were respectful, clean, efficient and just a joy to work with. We highly recommend Damian and his team. They have excellent craftsmen and we couldn't be happier with the quality. Having used the kitchen for a few months now we're really thrilled with the way the project turned out and will definitely be using them again for any further remodeling projects. read more

Let me start by saying that a complete kitchen remodel is a major task and isn't an easy thing. Our kitchen remodel consisted of total gut job, which included the following: new drywall, new Quartz countertops, backsplash, painting of the kitchen, new appliances, cabinets, recessed and pendant lighting. They also did some plumbing work. We did obtain estimates from 3 other contractors and 4Ever Remodeling came in right in the middle. We choose them because of: their suggestions and responses which made us feel comfortable about their experience, they weren't forceful as to how we should renovate our kitchen but helpful in giving us suggestions when we weren't sure about something. The guys from 4Ever Remodeling worked really hard. Damian was always responsive to our questions and over the course of the project we felt he was very straight and honest with us. We felt we could trust him. He took our comments and suggestions in stride and worked with us to get it the way we wanted it to be. The office staff was very responsive to all the emails I sent throughout the renovation process. Their contributions really brought out some excellent ideas that pulled the plan together. We had changes to make at different stages and they were quick to accommodate them all. The challenges then turned to accomplishments and we ended up with a remodel that exceeded our expectations. The project was finished on time and on budget. The team showed on time, kept their work area neat and was very respectful of our home. Our experience with 4Ever Remodeling was good from the beginning through the end. I have no hesitancy in recommending 4Ever Remodeling with their skilled and courteous staff. read more

We recently began the process of planning a kitchen remodel and scheduled an in-home consultation with 4Ever Remodeling. This review is based solely on our experience with the initial in-home consultation and our visit to their Niles showroom location. Our consultant, Ryan, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. During the in-home consultation, he took the time to listen to our goals and vision, and offered practical, well-thought-out suggestions to improve the layout and functionality of our kitchen. His ideas showed that he truly understood space planning and design flow, and he brought a fresh perspective to how we could make the most of our existing space. We later visited the 4Ever Remodeling showroom in Niles, where we were able to review the new kitchen floor plans and elevations that Ryan had prepared. Seeing our potential new kitchen presented this way made everything feel more real and helped us visualize the final result. The showroom itself is extremely impressive--beautifully laid out with an extensive selection of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes. It's clear that any homeowner, regardless of style preference, will find inspiration and product options for their remodeling project there. We are still in the early stages of planning and are getting two more estimates from other remodeling companies before making a final decision. However, based on the level of detail, and guidance we've received so far from Ryan and the team at 4Ever Remodeling, they've made a very strong impression. If you are planning to remodel your kitchen at least visit their showroom. read more

Led by the talented Magda, their team embarked on a kitchen remodeling project that surpassed all expectations. We just finished 800 sq. ft basement remodel with 4Ever Remodeling. From the initial  consultation which was in our home, through design process and construction we are pleased with what we received. The initial consultation took over an hour. We have been asked detailed questions about our needs and what are we planning to accomplish by remodeling our basement. After meeting at the office, reviewing the proposal and discussing materials, it took about a week to make final design. 4Ever remodeling sales consultant went over scope of work, step by step so we could understand what is included: like demolition, framing, widows, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, tile, painting and doors. The design process took two months from start to completion. Anna prepared 3D rendering, selections, colors and helped us order all necessary materials like plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, tile, vinyl planks, doors, colors, carpet, mirrors and cabinets. Once the design was completed 4Ever remodeling started project within 4 weeks. They arrived daily at 8am and were working till 5pm Monday thru Friday. Project manager was in contact to make sure that construction team kept the  progress and that the project will be finished as planned. Prior to the completion, project manager met us to go over so called "close out list" tested switches, faucets and toilets. We had one issue with existing carpet that was damaged during demolition however 4Ever Remodeling replaced it with out any additional charge. Very detailed, responsive and organized remodeling, design and building company. read more

Damian's professionalism and responsiveness is what shined here. The typical remodeling experience usually requires the homeowner to play project manager to some degree. This was not the case here. 4Ever Remodeling's team was always on time, came when they said they would, and completed the work when they said they would. The quality of work was excellent, and when the rehab uncovered existing issues in the house unrelated to their work (such as sewer issues), Damian was quick to provide professional, quality referrals to keep the project moving on schedule. The upfront cost quoted by 4Ever will likely seem higher than other quotes you'll get. There's a good reason for this: large projects always have some degree of scope creep and differences between what the homeowner expects and what the contractor delivers. This usually results in incremental costs added to the total bill and you end up paying significantly more than the original quote. The estimate Damian provided was pretty spot-on and he delivered what we expected. The professionalism, quality of work, and quality of his team made a huge difference in this experience. The premium you pay with 4Ever Remodeling is to know you're going to be getting what you wanted at the price you're quoted - and you're going to be able to trust that this work is done right and built to last. read more

We decided to convert our attic into livable space, and we also wanted to add dormer. After contacting several contractors, some resulting in no call-backs, we came across 4Ever Remodeling. It was the best decision we made. Office rep looked at or project and gave us detailed description of how the project would look. Magda - designer gave us design ideas and helped with the project to better work for our needs. Project manager stopped by throughout the project to check on the progress, insuring that the work was being done properly and to our satisfaction, always answering any questions that we had. Jack demolition guy, Peter-framer, did an amazing job. Cesar finisher is an excellent craftsman, "measuring three times, cutting once". He is a true artisan. Everyone from the 4Ever Remodeling team was great in taking great care and protecting our floors at home. They are respectful, honest and trustworthy. Upon completion of the project, all debris were removed. We would highly recommend the 4Ever Remodeling team to anyone who may be looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and caring contractor. We recently completed a full master bathroom remodel with 4Ever Remodeling and overall had a very good experience. Ryan was great during the initial consultation--professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Klaudia, our interior designer, helped us select materials that matched our vision and lifestyle. The 3D renderings were impressive and made it much easier to picture the final result. She also offered some excellent suggestions early on that helped us rethink our layout and make smarter use of the entire space. Marek, our project manager, kept us in the loop throughout the process. The team was very responsive and provided regular updates. Greg and the installation crew did a great job on the construction side--they were respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and finished ahead of schedule. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that there were a few small communication hiccups early on that could've been a bit smoother. That said, they were quick to address concerns and were happy with how everything turned out. We would definitely recommend 4Ever Remodeling to others. read more

I recently did a full townhouse renovation. I was very nervous when searching for a contractor as my only other renovation experience was a nightmare. I found 4Ever Remodeling on Angie's List. I found that their quote was in line with 3 other quotes I got - but 4Ever Remodeling didn't have any hidden costs. I discovered this when I started comparing quotes and asking questions. Ultimately, I chose them and I am happy I did. They were friendly, professional, very responsive by email especially Konrad office manager, they jumped through a million hoops with my association, and they did beautiful work. I had a very tight timeline (8 weeks) and they did all they had to do to make it work. They were honest about material costs (when they were priced in line with competitors and when they may be higher). They suggested ideas without "upselling" me and were flexible when I made changes. Arthur was a life saver so many times throughout the process and dealt with my anxiety in a very level-headed way. Very good communication and scheduling. read more

4Ever did a great job on my bathroom remodel. Even before they started they made a good impression, by offering a lot of convenience. For example, they sent me a shopping list for the project to make sure I wouldn't overlook buying small but essential parts. Their connections with local businesses also got me a nice discount on material. Demolition of the old bathroom was taken care of in a day, and they cleaned up all debris in both my unit and the building. The rest of the work was done properly and quickly, with good communication about things like how to install the tiles and fixtures. The office regularly keeps in touch regarding payments and other instructions. Their workers are friendly and kept my house tidy. Weak point: Not a big issue, but I think they could have done a better job shielding my house from demolition-dust by hanging a few plastic tarps. However I was warned up front that this might happen, and with a bit of elbow grease my house was dust free again afterwards. read more

We couldn't be happier with 4Ever Remodeling. We hired them for a major kitchen renovation that included knocking down walls and creating a more open floor plan. From the get-go, we we're impressed with their designer Magda as she worked to bring-to-life our goals and ideas for the project. Their design taste was one of the big reasons we went with 4Ever. Magda is amazing! As the project continued, we quickly ran into all sorts of surprises, but 4Ever always gave us options and had confidence that they could handle anything thrown at them. Peter, the project manager, was in touch with us daily and was always available for any and all questions. Mario and every subcontractor was extremely professional, courteous, neat, talented, and hard-working. Everyone we interacted with was top notch. We truly have a kitchen that exceeded our expectations, and we already have other projects we hope they can help us with in the future. Book with confidence. read more

We are so satisfied with our main floor remodeling - 4Ever Remodeling performed excellent work, starting with great communication and understanding our style and needs. The team worked very hard everyday and they were always on time, and what is more important - they always kept our house as clean as possible which helped us a lot during the renovation process. The kitchen was the main change for us, and we am so happy with the final result - new cabinets and countertops, more storage and more open space! Special thanks to the designer for helping us with choosing new flooring - beautiful tiles in the bathroom and powder room, and hardwood flooring on the rest of the floor. We recommend 4Ever to anyone who wants to renovate their houses - they were honest about the cost of our floor renovation and tried their best to adapt to our budget. We accepted that and we got the best quality of work! We will definitely hire 4Ever again for our future projects! read more

Rating would be higher if they had one, as the work was done on time, very professional and above expectations. Our extensive home remodeling project consisted of: two bathroom remodeling, kitchen, new electrical, new plumbing, relocation of hvac, new doors and windows, new hardwood flooring, installation of beams and painting. Upon deciding to move forward with 4Ever Remodeling we met with Damian in their office to go over the project plans and approvals. The estimate was very detailed and it was broken down in to section to show what work needs to be done on the project. The entire team that was assigned to our project was very friendly, professional and their attention to detail is impeccable from the office staff and project manager to project foreman. The foreman was on the job from the start to the finish. Project manager checked the project promptly. We will use them on future remodeling jobs and highly recommend them to others. read more

Damian, Diana and the rest of the 4Ever Remodeling crew did a fantastic job on our condo remodeling. They were always very punctual, professional and detail oriented. All of their work was very high quality and they worked very hard to keep the project on time. I was especially impressed with the quality of their tile work and also their ability to make suggestions and offer tips based on their experience from previous jobs. In addition, they did a great job of removing debris and cleaning up at the end of the job. This was a large project that involved a complete remodel of a kitchen, bathroom, new floor and painting in our condominium. The kitchen involved removal of walls and complete redesign of the kitchen including installation of new cabinets, and tile. The bathroom also involved a complete redesign with new walls, tile, and installation of fixtures. read more

We had them remodel our master bathroom from the 80's. The remodeling included: demolition, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and tile. We decided to hire this company because they were highly recommended by our neighbors, whom they completed kitchen remodeling, also their price was spot on even though we had some extra work required to relocate plumbing and hvac. We had Kris and his helper working on our bathroom. 4Ever Remodeling walked us through the whole design process, as expected we had difficulties with our bathroom being so old, however the whole 4ever remodeling team handled it so well like the pros that they are. 4Ever Remodeling made the process so easy. Their communication with us was spot on, they promptly responded to any questions we had. The whole remodeling took little bit over a month as it was estimated. read more

My kitchen....finally the way I always wanted it to be - I had always wanted to convert a large island in my kitchen to make part of it into a bar while leaving the other half at counter height. After seeing the fantastic work that 4ever Remodeling did on a friend's bathroom re-model, I contacted Damian for a bid and eventually decided to go with them for the project. Damian did a great job managing every detail of the project, and their carpenter did an absolutely fantastic job with the cabinet work. Damian ran all around town finding tile to match the slate that was already down in my kitchen, and they were also able to find a great match for my granite counter tops. The completed job looks exactly the way I had envisioned it; 4ever Remodeling did a great job every step of the way. I highly recommend them. read more
