They did not show up for the site assessment and ended up having to reschedule after we waited all day for their arrival. We have had multiple phone calls asking for the same thing and each time it is promised to be done right away, but never gets done. If I could just cancel the contract at this point I would as I have no faith that it is going to get done right or on time.
