Last night I had a power failure, called the 3 phone numbers I had and today there was no return phone call. The generator did not come on do to an ongoing problem with cut off switch and computer board. Avery tried to fix it twice and is definitely not skilled in generator repair. They have a technician named Giancarlo who is excellent and he took my phone call last night @ 9:30 PM. he promised me he would let David, the owner, know today and still no callback. I have had trouble getting return phone calls from the very day I ordered the generator. I definitely would not do business with them but I do have a warranty with the and a service contract and both seem to be worth zero. I am going to contact Generac and see if I can get any satisfaction from them. They should not be selling their generators to SpringGenerator.

Dryer repair tech diagnosed 90V coming from an outlet that should've been 220V. Thor Enterprises came out that same day and replaced the faulty breaker. Our house was built in 1978 and has the same breaker box. Danny said it was still in working order and didn't need to be replaced altogether. This required very long screws that were not painted and this was handled as well. The second task was to repair/replace and existing fan, again in a peaked ceiling of about 14'. Initial job was to test whether power was reaching the fan. It was not. Net step was checking the switches and it was not. On to checking the switch which turned out to be faulty. Upon replacement, fan actually worked. I was very impressed that one of the owners and a helper showed up on time (acutally a bit early). Job required both a 24 foot ladder and a 16 foot ladder. Price was exceptionally reasonable (less that cost of new 400 fan I was able to return via Amazon. These folks are the true deal with service, great attitude and bi-lingual. Do not hesitate to hire these folks. Angel and his team are exceptional, quality human beings.
