They have a technician named Giancarlo who is excellent and he took my phone call last night @ 9:30 PM. he promised me he would let David, the owner, know today and still no callback. I have had trouble getting return phone calls from the very day I ordered the generator. I definitely would not do business with them but I do have a warranty with the and a service contract and both seem to be worth zero. Dryer repair tech diagnosed 90V coming from an outlet that should've been 220V. Thor Enterprises came out that same day and replaced the faulty breaker.
