Jeff stated there was a $50 dollar deposit which goes towards the final price of the repair which was cool. I paid the deposit, didn't hear from Jeff the day of or the next so I called Sunday and was told he's still checking it out(still no pricing). Monday(today) get a call that it's ready and he fixed an internal battery and I asked if it holds a charge(answer was yes) and there's an extra $15 dollar CHARGE. I get there and it turns on but still doesn't hold a charge and one wrong move of the power cord and it shuts off instantly!!! I try to give him the extra $15, he states it's an extra $50. I didn't argue or anything with him and drove to atm to get it and asked for a final receipt which seem he didn't want to give to me after giving him the $50 dollars and was told alright man smh. Jeff was bothered after me paying and him writing out my receipt stating that people think it's cheap etc blah blah blah and I never cried about his extra $50 which totals $100 but wanted another $30 dollars on top of that for the battery not holding a charge... As a business owner, I would never give out this kind of customer service leaving customers in the blind and also unfinished work. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The repair guy in CONYERS, Jeff, and Gerard in MARIETTA took advantage of my mother and if they can take advantage of a sweet elderly lady they WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! My mother took her kindle to this place in Conyers because it was near her home and they said they could replace the plug for $75, which would be cheaper than buying a new one. When we dropped it off, Jeff said it would be ready in 24-48 hours and she had to pay $75 upfront. After a couple of weeks (and MANY excuses later), Jeff told her he didn't know if her kindle was fixed but if she wanted to go to Smyrna she could pick it up. She was NEVER told he was sending it anywhere when she dropped it off. She told Jeff (more than once) she does not drive but he kept telling her if she wanted her kindle she could go get it herself. After several more weeks (and MANY more excuses) he finally told her that he would get the kindle back. We had to meet him at a gas station (because it was convenient for him) but he did give her back her kindle. He really couldn't tell us if it was fixed, but he told her if we got it home and it was not fixed he would refund her money AND fix the kindle. Of course it wasn't fixed. After leaving several messages for Jeff, he finally called my mother back and said he couldn't refund her money-she would have to talk to "Gerard in Marietta" about that. And then had the nerve to tell her he wanted to get her kindle again (yeah right) because now he thinks it's the battery that's the problem....as if he ever even looked at it!! My mother got the same run around from Gerard. NO help, NO refund!

Tried to get them for over a month and at least half a dozen work ticket submissions and calls, even calls to management. Finally when they were told to not charge me for another month until it the work we pay monthly for was done, they vindictively turned off all our services, including our practice email and backups causing actionable harm to my practice that we now have to hold them accountable for. All this because we complained about them not providing a simple service, installing a new printer, that we paid monthly for. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I am beginning to understand why the turnover rate is so high and why they can't find technicians took for them. Who runs a business like this?

When I was told a virus was on my computer the technician offered some anti-virus for a few dollars cheaper than I'd buy in stores, so I agreed to do this. So when it was time for me to pick up the laptop I paid for my laptop to be restored as well as the anti-virus, in which I only received a trial version. when asked about the full product I was told that I would be emailed the invoice for the services as well as the product key for a years worth of anti-virus. Long story made Short, i never received that invoice nor that product key, when i called DAILY, i was given the same excuse, until the number all the sudden became disconnected. This led to me paying for my own anti-virus, AGAIN, even though I wrote a check to "Gutierrez Computer Inc" , that cleared, for a years subscription of anti-virus..... I WAS CHEATED... i won't be doing business with them again!

When I asked for clarification, the business stated they had diagnostic photos, hardware inventory screenshots, and a detailed report proving the SSD was already in the machine at the time of service. I requested copies multiple times. They did not provide a single photo, screenshot, or document. The customer portal they referenced contained only an invoice and the laptop's serial number. When I asked again for the documentation they claimed existed, the shop refused to send it and insisted they would no longer communicate in writing. They stated that any further discussion must take place only in person, which prevents any verifiable record. At no point did they provide the evidence needed to confirm their claims. My review is based entirely on written communication and the business's refusal to provide the diagnostic documentation they repeatedly referenced.

On November 13, they sent me an email stating that they had run tests but found nothing, and that opening the case was required for further investigation. However, claiming that the screws were in poor condition, they demanded $80 for this procedure. Only for opening the case! I realized that I was dealing with scammers. I had previously opened the laptop case myself without any issues when replacing the battery, following instructions I found on YouTube. I immediately retrieved my laptop from them and, acting on advice I found online, connected it to my smart TV. The image on the television screen did not flicker. The diagnosis took all of three minutes. Subsequently, I purchased a new screen for $150 on Amazon and replaced it myself, again following instructions from YouTube. The laptop has been working without any problems ever since. Do not get involved with these scammers.
