Honestly, I wasn't sure if it would be possible, but I haven't found a phone that I like. Because it is an older phone, they had to order the battery. They told me when the battery would arrive and that it would take about 30 minutes to replace. I dropped my phone off on my way to an appt and picked it that afternoon. Great service and good prices. I would definitely recommend.

On the morning of 07/13/2026 I entered the establishment with a potential repair of a screen…read morereplacement the merchant advised me that it may be ready by the end of the day on 07/14/2026 it didn't happen, on 07/16/2026 I went to the location to ask how much longer it will be for the screen to arrive I was told the delivery was attempted on 07/15/2026 which was missed because the merchant closed early that day at 4pm he guaranteed me that it will be redelivered the next day and I will have the repair done by the end of business which was 07/16/2026 on 07/17/2026 still no part had arrived so i asked for a refund which was granted less a restocking and system fee of 59.88 from 374.49 which left a refundable amount of 314.61 of which I haven't received yet on this date of 07/23/2026. still trying to figure out why I was charged fees for a part that was never delivered to my knowledge, and on the date the merchant said the delivery was attempted they closed early.
