Honestly, I wasn't sure if it would be possible, but I haven't found a phone that I like. Because it is an older phone, they had to order the battery. They told me when the battery would arrive and that it would take about 30 minutes to replace. I dropped my phone off on my way to an appt and picked it that afternoon. Great service and good prices.
