When I returned, they had installed the wrong screen -- an OEM version that costs $200 more than the aftermarket screen I specifically asked for. Instead of owning the mistake, I was told to wait "20 minutes" for them to fix it, which turned into another 35. What should have been a simple repair turned into most of my day wasted because of their poor time estimates and careless error. No apology. No accountability. No effort to make it right. We left a voice message for him and he called right back. We told him what the TV was doing and he knew right away what the problem was. He came to our house, picked up the TV, repaired it and delivered it back to our home. His original estimate included what he thought he would have to order for a new part and we didn't even question it, but without even knowing it, he told us that our TV ended up not needing that particular part so he was honest up front and told us about it and didn't charge us for it. Our actual cost was about $100 less than our already low estimate. We are THRILLED! Our TV is working Great and like new again! They ordered the parts and had my dual subwoofer back up and running. However, I live 5 hours away and they said I had 30 days to pick up since the item was still under warranty. That worked out perfectly for me because I was going through Atlanta to fly out of country and upon returning was able to grab my sub and bring it back home.
