I arrived and Darcel received me as if we were best friends all our life. I explained to her my situation and she jumped into action and managed to get me the storage space I needed. Meeting Darcel was one of the positive experiences I had regarding customer service in a very long time. She handled all the paper work. The process was simple and quick. The units are clean, super easy to find and the staff is onsite 6 days a week. A few days later we called back to get a vehicle parking space. They even marked our outside parking space we rented with a cone, so it'd be easy to find, because we needed to drop the vehicle after hours. Every staff member we spoke to on the phone or in person was friendly, professional and true life savers for us. We are very happy customers.

However, the girl that worked there did not address some of the issues that occurred and never mentioned them to the owner so things were never handled in a timely manner. I had issues with billing and needed a credit and had to call several times in order for that to happen. She just never took care of anything. In addition, I left in the middle of the month, and the amount I had paid for the month was not prorated, which is extremely disappointing. I always felt safe when I was at my storage unit and always felt like my items were safe.

Sunday while out with my friend in the Withlacoochee State Forest, we were driving on the hard…read morepacked sand trails until we suddenly hit deep sugar sand and became stuck. We tried different ways (boards under the tires, limbs under the tires, etc) but it was soon evident that we needed a wench. I called AAA and they refused to come because we were more than 100 feet off the pavement. Thankfully when I searched for the closest tow company, GS Auto Towing came up. The dispatcher informed me that they had a 4-wheel drive tow truck and he would dispatch Jon Gonzalez immediately and that Jon would call when en route. Within a few minutes Jon called to advise me of his ETA. He also knew exactly what trail we were on. Jon arrived on time. He immediately explained what he was going to do to get my car out. He was very careful with my car and was able to quickly wench it out of the deep sand. Once we were back on solid ground, Jon had us follow him in case we got stuck again, he would be able to pull us out. Luckily we were able to drive to solid ground again without any issues, It was very frightening to be stuck in the middle of the forest. Jon was able to turn the situation around very quickly. It was only approximately 1 hour from the time I called until we were back on solid ground (paved). I can't say enough good things about my experience. If I could give 10 stars I would!
