When I moved out,…read moreseveral items had water and mold damage--even though others in the same unit were fine and the floor was completely dry. The facility had multiple hurricane closures during that time and also underwent property updates (including solar panels), so it's hard to ignore the possibility that something happened during storage. The most frustrating part: I filed a formal complaint with detailed documentation and never received a single response. If everything goes perfectly, you'll probably be fine. But if something goes wrong, don't expect any follow-up or accountability.

Probably sharpened but not replaced. I asked for my old blades I was told they didn't have them. I reported all this to the manager Brad and he acted like he couldn't care less. "We have one blade but the scrap guy took the other two". Spoke to him about the lack of communication and he again acted like he didn't care.
