Emailed the manager and was told they don't "make adjustments, is there anything else you'd like to ask?" We'll be moving as soon as we are able to get everything out. A common practice is to raise your fees slightly every couple of months since they know very well it will be difficult for you to move...especially if you have a lot of furniture or boxes. It's a very slimy practice but there you go. (Of course, I realize things change and sometimes a slight raise is necessary, but...well, if you know, you know.) I have been with Remington for 5 months and found them to be very upright and honest and a great value...they tell you a fee and they stick with it. The place is always well cared for, clean and secure; I always feel comfortable whenever I go to the site. If you have a question, they always get right back to you with an answer.
