Not good staff! this morning I ran into one of their employees who has bad road rage. I driving…read moredown a 1 way street and didnt realize I was tailing the guy in-front of me. I noticed after I was brake checked and then I backed up to give him space. This driver is a worker for this company driving a company truck, I guess the space I had given him was not enough for his likening and he proceeded to drive 10-15 below speed limit and brake check me multiple times. on top of that he was waving his hands and fingers at me tell me to back up more and more. once the lane opened up to a second lane I decided to get over to the other lane because I didn't feel safe staying behind this guy. He then proceeds to cut infront of me when I switched lanes so he can stay in front of me. This kept happening a few times, there was one point I was anble to pass him and he was yelling at me from his window so I kept going. We then got stuck at a light next to eachother and he proceeded to thumbs down me and part ways. I decided to call the company and talk to the owner about the unsafe situation. During the whole conversation I was made to feel like the situation didn't matter because I was just continuously told "thank you for comments and concerns" and the owner Chuck had a form of attitude about it. This was a very unsafe situation of road rage that who knows if it could have gotten to a worse point. I've never endured such bad road rage so I want everyone to keep an eye out for these workers and know that the owner won't seem to care.

The company that did the inspection quoted my mother a ridiculously high amount of money, so I decided to look around. I got a few estimates and Pat Murphy plumbing and backhoe was one of them. He wasn't the cheapest, but he was way under what the first company tried to get my mother to pay. More importantly, he seemed by far the most knowledgeable. We decided to go with him and he put us on the schedule for the following week. He showed up on time, he worked very fast, and the job was completed before schedule. We found a new plumber! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and he does good work. Can't beat that. We will definitely be calling him with any plumbing needs in the future. Thanks again, Pat!

Well today I lost all respect for this company. Always thought they were the go to company in the…read morearea and now I have been burned by they 1 too many times. Last year we were buying a new house and I had our realtor use these people to pump and inspect the septic system. When they completed their work they sent the report over. No one caught that the front office over there sent the wrong report and it took me reviewing docs to realize they just about cost us an entire new system at our expense. The correct report said the system failed and we almost signed off on the repairs portion of the house contract. When we finally got the report they called for almost $18k worth of repairs. The seller and us got 2 other inspections and bids with G and C being $6k and $7k more expensive than the others. Glad we dogged a bullet on that one after we almost got screwed because of their error. Now I'm not sure why I gave them another chance but almost 2 weeks ago I called to schedule a septic pumping and wanted to see the condition after 1 year to make sure our family is doing the right things etc. Told they would call the day before. Never received the call so today I called in at 8am for our 10am appointment. Was told they called everyone and confirmed appointments for the next day. I said no, never called me. The office lady said yeah, I called you and who ever answered the phone said they never scheduled a septic pumping. At what point you think what is the issue here. They took me out of the calendar and when I called they said I turned down the service. Lady, you never called me. It's my personal cell phone and you never called and spoke to me. You clearly dialed the wrong number and of course that person didn't need their septic pumped but I it. She then called and said the next appointment wouldn't be till next week. Clearly the office staff at this company are flat out incompetent and need to be replaced. With the issue last year receiving the wrong report and today, they clearly shouldn't be employed. Will NEVER use these folks again and will definitely spread the word about their incompetence that almost cost me $18k last year and the pumping issue this year. Steer clear and go with a better company.

I reached out to Irwin's Animal Control who I used back in 2019 during a real estate transaction. Mr Irwin came out and did the home inspection. Instantly, I realized this was his specialty. He pointed out and explained the most common issues and specific problems I had. He got to work the same day and spent a few hours sealing up (metal wire) entry points on the exterior, roof, pillars, vents, and attic. His work ethic is old school. His rates are very reasonable and worth every penny!! If you need exclusion work, this is your guy.

He never came back and didn't show up for 3 appointments. Meanwhile, the bats kept showing up in our living room 1 0r 2 each morning about 5 am we would discover them. His excuse when I texted him was "too busy." We hired another guy who found a suspected entry point in the recessed lighting on our porch. It's now covered and No Bats.
