    Great gym -- I utilized it throughout my junior and senior year in high school. Reasonable pricing and well equipped! Customer service was amazing in handling my cancellation when headed to college out of state! Ps. The sunrise is very pretty :)

    I love the gym but I cant stand that they dont allow tripod here. The equipments are new and everything is clean.

    Does this place have swimming pool?

    Bothell does not have a pool. A multi club membership will give you access to Redmond and Issaquah which do have pools

    Does this gym have sleds/weight sleds?

    Our Bothell and Issaquah locations had a traditional sled with weights. Redmond has a Torque Tank

    Does this gym have a kids club or childcare?

    We do not offer Kids Klub at our locations

    Barbells? Powerlifting friendly?

    yes! We have barbells available for member use and a number of powerlifters in the club - all we ask is that you not drop the weights on the platforms.

Since then, they have followed him up to his new gym! I swung by a couple of Saturdays ago and did a 30 min workout here with the guys. I didn't know what to expect, especially since I have never been to a crossfit gym before. Our workout that morning was more conditioning exercises and I actually enjoyed it! We did the 9 AM workout with Coach Anna. I struggled with push presses and Joel and Anna were there to walk me through the movements when my form was not correct. Thank you! Cody was sore the following days and could barely lift his arms. I was decently sore as well. Meaning it was a great workout and it was only 30 min! It is a great space, very clean, and the coaches are very enthusiastic for you to be there! I'll definitely go by again when I am around on the weekends more!

Everyone has been really friendly and nice, and the instructors are great about explaining things for noobs like us (we've never done CrossFit before!) - also major plus, there are about the same number of women as men attending classes which is super inspiring and makes us feel comfortable. - nice, clean and well organized. I am a local Chiropractor and I started sending my patients to Kirk and Grant at Fit4life during the "corrective" phase of their care to gain strength, stability and movement. Grant and Kirk are very detailed during the initial evaluations of each client, both are extremely knowledgeable about how to address muscle dysfunction. I am excited to say that I leave my training sessions with Grant, a little bit sore but very satisfied. My muscles are sore, I've worked up a good sweat, and I'm proud that I pushed through another workout. One of the reasons I picked Grant over someone at my local gym is that he has numerous certifications and continuing education. He keeps up on fitness techniques and nutrition. He's given me some great ideas for healthy eating. He's very positive and motivating. And he's great at gearing your workout to your goals and health issues. I like the personal attention and the privacy of his gym. I've been seeing Grant for a year and a half now and am glad that I found him through a reference from a friend. I love collaborating with Ray because he is very, VERY knowledgeable. He can breakdown your workouts into simple formats and he can explain things into science when necessary. Our communication was amazing! When I have an injury, I say it. And the moment I say it, he immediately knows what to do and he shifts gears to work around it. I even mentioned about my left knee ACL surgery and guess what? He helped me work around that too! My goal was to get back into shuffling (electronic music dance form) and he pinpointed the areas where I need to work on most in order for me to effectively get back into my goal. He was extremely attentive, motivating, and FUN! We became friends and I always looked forward to my training sessions. The problem: we're amazing at talking ourselves out of going to the gym. To hold ourselves more accountable, we decided to have a trainer come to our house, which is hands down one of the best decisions we've ever made. We were VERY out of shape, and that first free training session with Cat was all it took to show us how much in-home personal training could benefit us. We're 4 months in, we've lost a combined 65 lbs, and we've never felt stronger or more motivated. All of this because of the amazing Cat who comes once a week to whip us into shape! She's always super prepared, high energy, and helpful. She creates personalized workouts for us both for her in-person sessions and our other weekly workouts, adds in workarounds as needed for physical limitations, gives us a range of intensity for activities, and genuinely cares about our well being.
