He arrived with all the equipment ready to go, and took a full 2 hours per vehicle. Even after he was done, I saw him walking around, touching things up to make sure it was perfect. I'm not sure my car was even this clean when I bought it. I'm super impressed with their attention to detail, and for an amazing price. He told me that he gets a lot of texts and sometimes forgets to reply. We set up a appointment for Monday, which he subsequently cancelled. I was texting him three or more times a week to set up another appointment. After six/seven weeks I gave up. The lack of customer service is appalling. It is obvious that they don't care about getting new customers or retaining existing customers.
