He arrived with all the equipment ready to go, and took a full 2 hours per vehicle. Even after he was done, I saw him walking around, touching things up to make sure it was perfect. I'm not sure my car was even this clean when I bought it. I'm super impressed with their attention to detail, and for an amazing price. He also attempted to clean my leather seats with a heat vacuum/steam vacuum and burned my seats. In addition he burned a hole in my passenger seat and denied it when confronted. I am not sure where these positive reviews are coming from, but trust me, go to a reputable auto detail company because they offer guarantees on their work.
