I called two other competitors and one was very rude (i.e. Do you have the finished graphic? No.Call me when you do.). The other person was so flaky and unprofessional, I called him twice and he never called me back. I was so frustrated and decided to look at another choice. I found SilkScreen on Yelp and contacted Tony about my project. I will admit that I was slightly skeptical about all the rave reviews, was it too good to be true? No, no it wasn't, Tony really is that GOOD! I called and explained my situation. I had a finished graphic, I needed 35 shirts and I needed them as soon as possible. He was so polite and so professional. Tony asked me to email him the graphic and we could look at it right then. I emailed him, he looked at it and he told me that he would get on it right away! He suggested different color shirts, within the range that I gave him , and showed me a proof. It was perfect! Within a week I had my shirts delivered by Tony and they were exactly how I envisioned them. He included care instructions and I learned a little more about the screen printing process. In this day and age it is very difficult to find someone who values customer service and satisfaction. If you are looking for someone to print your t-shirts, I highly recommend you contact Tony, he would be happy to consult and talk you through the process if you are unsure. I will definitely be bringing my future printing services to Tony. I'm already starting my next design!

5 stars but I would give so much more in a heartbeat!!!…read more Thank you Hellatees & specifically Ivan for ALWAYS coming in clutch when I needed y'all the most!! With my daughter's bday coming up, I decided to take a different approach from our usual family party and went with a trip to Disneyland instead. I can only imagine how much more fun this 2nd trip would be since it would also commemorate her being another year older! I planned out every detail in terms of what I wanted her to wear and went with a seller on Etsy. I went into specific details about what I wanted and when it needed to be delivered by. I patiently wait and was super disappointed when the sweatshirt order is not only PAPER THIN but is a completely different design from what I purchased!! Keep in mind that this package arrives 3 days prior to our trip and I am scrambling to contact the seller & stressing over what my child will now be wearing. I immediately hit up Hellatees and the rest was history... Ivan was super supportive and assured that he would be able to come through for my needs. This is no task to be taken lightly because at this point, I am ONE DAY AWAY from heading on the road. I repeat, I am one freaking day away!!! Still skeptical of everything, I was lightweight stressed about whether or not Hellatees would be able to deliver exactly what I needed. Fast forward: Ivan legit made DISNEY MAGIC happen. The design is everything that I needed and he shifted things around to make sure my purchase would be ready for pick up TODAY!! Please view the side by side comparison of what was received via Etsy and what has provided by Ivan. The quality is unmatched & it is clear where quality is lacking. Colors are more vibrant and the material used with Hellatees is high end. I won't be using that Etsy route anymore. All that seller gave me was extra grief and low end garbage.
