She prints my work on acid-free, thick "cover" paper that is a huge step up in quality from the prints I was ordering from a different business. They were very responsive to my multiple emails and questions and checked the designs to make sure they'd look fine when printed on the foam boards. I was nervous because the designs looked fine on an 8.5"x11" piece of paper, but I worried they wouldn't look so great when enlarged. Abe reassured me that the designs would print exactly the same. All the signs were printed quickly and perfectly. One of the signs needed to be redone because of a mistake I made. They were kind enough to reprint it without charging me again. I can't say they'd do this for all customers because that could amount to a lot of lost revenue, but I am grateful that they saved me a little money.

The Post Office couldn't guarantee it would get there in time; the UPS Store quoted $70. But the FedEx website said they could do it for $24. So I rolled to the nearby Postal Annex, where the guy tried to tell me it would cost *60* bucks via FedEx. I showed him the quote on the FedEx website, but he was having none of it. I almost decided to drop the extra money and go on with my day; instead, I drove eight minutes to my closest FedEx. Sure enough, Eric confirmed the price on their website. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately for the guy at Postal Annex, he's guaranteed I'll never go there again. Honesty pays off in the end.
