Unfortunately not a whole lot. We asked if they had a drink menu and they didn't. The food menu was pretty scarce as well. Parking lot is too small and was full and led us to think there would be a wait, but with a full lot the place was only 1/2 full. Sounds like they are putting one in across the street- which will be nice. Schnitzel was great - would have loved authentic spaetzel as an alternative to whipped potatoes but it was still excellent. My wife's salmon was also excellent - sauce was very good and its side of veggies contained LOTS of peppers. Maybe a few more snap peas to balance them out. All in all a very good first experience at this just-opened establishment. Their flat bread pizza, pepperoni and hot honey, is the only thing that beats the Ragged Mountain flatbreads.... And then we had their Bavarian Pretzels which were a wonderful compliment...
