She continues to try to rip them off with a fake nail on my pinky and succeeds and proceeds to my ring finger where I'm obviously showing discomfort and ends up ripping off my real nail causing it to bleed and pulse!! Nor a good experience at all. One of my nails is crooked The paint job was terrible. It's already coming off and it's been less then 24 hrs. I can see and feel unsmooth areas on the nails. The filing job she did was terrible. When I told her the nail looked crooked she told me it was the polish going all to that one side. How does that make any sense at all. Then she went to cut my cuticles and the trimmers weren't sharp enough and instead of cutting it ripped my cuticle. And to top it off she put the cuticle oil on and didn't even bother to rub it in. After walking in, I immediately felt every worker judging me. Looking me up and down with a look of disgust on their faces. It is not clean, the chairs are falling apart. The workers are rude. They didn't speak to me and when I sat down for my pedicure they didn't turn the water on for at least 10 min, and when he did, the water was scolding hot. I've been here for 30 min and still have not been helped. I would recommend you go somewhere else and save your money and time. The paint job is fine, the service just is not great. I complained and a different technician sort of trimmed my toe nails, but she wasn't any better. This salon is not worth one star, but a zero star is not an option. Because I can't give a no star rating! This lady cut me three damn times... I paid for extra massage and she has the nerve to say she did after 30 seconds of sea salt and 45 seconds of massage. I should've read the reviews first! DO NOT COME HERE! Safe your money! And of course when I asked if that was it she has to have someone translate that she did do the massage. After that they were definitely talking about me!!! (Yes I assume but after you ask all of them were talking and looking at me!) Not a professional place, and my tech was definitely not professional. They don't speak English they messed up my sisters natural nails. She asked to cut to tip and the idiot cuts to where she now has no nail length. I read many of the Yelp! reviews and was initially staying clear of this place but after spending $50 for the dip powder at another salon, I decided to try this place. It was very clean, I was greeted with a smile and they made light conversation with me. I didn't feel out of place at all and I was impressed with the prices. I was charged $10 for eyebrow wax, $5 for lip wax, and $15 for dip powder removal and gel clear polish. I will definitely recommend this place. *UPDATE* Mar. 24 I went for a manicure and shellac change. I was surprised at the way she removed the shellac, but in the end she cut my cuticles, massaged my hands and arms, as well as filed my nails down. There has been few nail technicians that have not accidentally cut me when cleaning up my cuticles. Bravo for that! A $30 bill. I'll be back. read more

At first they told me and my sister $30 for shellac. Once I was done they told me $45 because I used two colors. They told my sister $45, but she didn't use two colors. So they just over charged us at the last minute so that I'd have to pay for service. On top of it a lady almost fought the guy doing her nails in the salon because he messed up her nails AND the nail guy was calling the customer a "bitch" and told her to "fuck off". But I just paid $100 for a pedicure and full set which would normally be ok pricing wise in my opinion if only they didn't skip the paraffin wax I paid for and the nail art they did not end up doing :( I told him it's my wedding set and they told me they could do it but ended up passing me around so much and ended up wiping it off . My nails look like lee press ons, and when someone else came in he sped up on mine which only made is poor skill set worse. I went there just this one time but I definitely won't go again. I've never had a parrafin treatment where they just put your foot in a plastic bag with the parrafin in it, a small amount, then tie the bag around your ankle...The hot oil manicure was a disaster, first being the hot oil wasn't even lukewarm. Save yourself from this establishment and find an actual real deal nail salon. This establishment will be on the news as a hepatitis exposure and transmission cesspool! Then the person working on my nails said it was $55 for the set and $5 for the L&R ring finger. when it was time to pay she changed the price to $68 which I was confused but paid. I wanted square tape But I got coffin style they look bulky I legit came home and cut them off. I called and told them that I was not happy with the results and that they looked nothing like the picture the color wasn't even matching even at that the style was wrong from the picture all they said was come in i can do it skinny but the same nail type I hated the nail type one because the picture had square taper nails and getting them skinnier was not gonna make it any better. read more
