My humidifier stop working. 4 service pro came and replaced with new one-it did not work. Another technician came and said all wiring done wrong and redo. Still not working: humidity in the house 28%. Then the third one came, stayed near the humidifier and said: "I hear it works." I called again- the supervisor came: look around-"You need digital thermostat." OK. Installed-not working. Mr. Henry came back, check and said: they did not connect outside T sensor, but though it away, so he will order a new one. He came - 5th visit, installed another thermostat. Your guess? - Sure, it did not work. He came 6th time-checked and said he needs one more details. Finally came today, installed everything and left. But I've noticed the humidifier motor is working all time: he did not connect it to furnace sensor, I guess. So, 7 workdays lost, tons of nervous - plus I've noticed some signs that they bang on water heater: brand new it has visible holes and bumps-do not know why they did. So, my recommendation is keep off of such company and try to find a contractor who know how to work with HVAC. And in order tp preserve my $1000 investment in humidifier I will be forced just cut all wires to stop it to destruct itself. They always came as soin as I've placed complaint in BBB, Google review and here. read more

Wife bought Groupon or some other discounted service, for a couple specific tasks and a full plumbing inspection. Plumber Edgardo was great, did the projects and THOROUGHLY inspected house top-to-bottom. Found multiple problems (small leaks, rusted valves, other issues we'd never have found). Gave list of recommended work with degree of urgency. We agreed to have some done, deferred others. He arrived on time, worked promptly, cleaned up, demonstrated/documented what he did. Good work, we'd use them again. read more

After another company completely misdiagnosed the problem with my furnace, I tried these guys. The gentleman who came out was friendly and professional, and he got it right on the first try. And as an added bonus, he did not try to gouge me on the price of parts, unlike the other company. In my book, that makes them great! read more

I used 4 service pros to check out an issue with my water heater, which suddenly wasn't producing any hot water. It was easy to make an appointment to fit my schedule. Bryan S came to my place to look at the water heater and quickly found the problem (bad wiring). He explained the issue and was able to repair it on the spot. Would definately use 4 service pros again for other house problems. read more

I had 2 new vanities installed and called 4Service Pros to install the new plumbing. They sent Brian S. He arrived on time, explained the process in great detail and worked effortlessly despite me knocking out my power just as he arrived (whomp whomp). He immediately called his office to see if they could send an electrician right away (which they did). He was a calming soul to a panicked woman and ensured it will all be taken care of (which it was). What I liked most was his attention to detail. Checking each individual pipes had no leak twice AND he cleaned up after himself and left the area clean just as he had arrived. I am thankful for 4Service Pros, this is my second time using their services and it won't be my last, despite my added cost for sending an emergency electrician. They do awesome work and are true professionals!!! read more

Great analytical skills. Wet basement not from plumbing, but condensation from A/C. Verified by running water in sinks and bath tubs. Checked water meter for any movement. In all cases original hypothesis remained valid. Best news of all--- Refused to charge us. read more

I needed an HVAC unit replaced and went through Home Advisors for contractor recommendations. I had four contractors come to my house and provide estimates. 4 Service Pros sent the technician (Nelson) that would be doing the work to my house (as opposed to two other companies who sent salesmen to my house for the estimate). Having Nelson there was reassuring because I could ascertain his knowledge of the project. I cannot say enough great things about him. He is professional, courteous, so very knowledgeable, but above all, his attention to detail is magnificent. Every little detail was done to perfection. I am completely satisfied from the home estimate through the project's completion. I highly recommend 4 Service Pros. read more

Made an appointment to specifically "install a new oven" only to find out after the technician arrived that they do not "install appliances." Why would you waste anyone's time like that?? read more

Needed the old kitchen florescent fixture replaced with a nice LED one. I'm too old and beat up to do the work myself. Put out a service request on Yelp & 4 Service Pros responded promptly & with the quickest offered visit time. Electrician (Eliu) arrived on schedule and ready to do the job. Very friendly and competent. He did good work. It looks great. I would not hesitate to use this company and electrician again. read more

Complete HVAC replacement--highly recommend! We've had some pretty significant A/C issues over the past few years with our builder installed units. When the heat went out 3 weeks ago on the main floor unit, we knew our time was coming. House (and HVAC) are 16 years old and we plan to sell in a few years so it seemed to make sense to replace it all. I called several companies, read reviews, and got estimates. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that it took most of a day just to get estimates, but this IS a major expense. We ended up going with 4 Service Pros--why? Well, they weren't the cheapest, but we definitely had the most confidence in their estimate, their understanding of what we wanted, the options they gave us, and then the 2 year service plan. Oh and the visibility into exactly what was going to be installed, to include what each component was great. Plus they have AWESOME communication--text messages with pictures of who is arriving, emails, etc. Anyways, installation day was yesterday and Darren, Chris and team arrived in force--3 big trucks, all the units (dual zone AC and gas furnace), etc. Went off without a hitch and by dinner time we had A/C (not needed! brrr) and awesome gas (e.g. HOT) heat! SO glad we went with 4 Service Pros, from Lorenzo's professional engagement, communication, and estimate to Darren, Chris and team's work yesterday (oh, with full masks and booties by the way! Definitely taking the Pandemic seriously.) You won't go wrong with this company! read more

The firm is competent and honest and came up with a good solution for a very difficult plumbing problem.

Wow, 4Service Pros gave me the best, most thorough, quick and competent plumbing service for a leaking outdoor faucet! Thomas came quickly, assessed the problem and told me that I didn't need to have the ceiling of my basement torn up to fix a fast-leaking outdoor faucet. (I had two other companies bid and they said the ceiling would have to be ripped open and they couldn't do the drywall repair. AND their bids were incomplete--did not include the labor costs!) Thomas turned off the outdoor water valve, and gave me a clear, written bid. He ordered the part, and was back on time to replace it in about 20 minutes. FINALLY, I have a non-leaking faucet. Thanks 4ServicePros and Thomas! read more

I had a wonderful experience today with Willis. He was very professional, came early (called to see if he could come early), courteous, and very good overall. I would want him to come out again if I ever need a plumber. First of all, I really liked the fact that 4 Service Pros provides free onsite estimates. Another company would charge me $49 just to come out for simple clog. I also had one other company come earlier the same week, whose plumber told me how challenging and difficult the job is going to be, blah blah blah and proceeded to provide me with a ridiculously high quote. He even told me that he can't fix a leak from my faucet because no parts would be available. Willis came, looked at the job, simply said no problem he can fixed it in no time. And he did. No fuss at all. I am very happy with the job and Willis was great!! read more

These guys are amazing. I was scheduled for 12-2pm. I got a call would it be okay if they came early! It was great! Willis replaced 2 garbage disposals and the new ones are so quiet, I can't believe I ever lived with the noise of my old ones. It wasn't cheap but I definitely got my money's worth. Kudos. read more

I recently had to find an alternative to Woodbridge Plumbing due to my timeframe. I found 4 Service Pros and was highly satisfied with their efficiency in replacing my water heater and identifying other issues around the house that I ignored. This team is awesome. Scheduling was easy. Front office was responsive and followed up. Paul was a nice guy and was very transparent. They came out and worked very late in the evening almost immediately after the required parts came in. I thought I would be at the mercy of the typical NOVA fully booked schedules but I was wrong. I highly recommend them and will use them again. read more

They were very professional. Their office called me to confirm ahead of time. Will called me to let me know that he's going to be coming over in the next 15 minutes. He did show up on time. I needed someone to quickly diagnose a continuous problem I was having with my air conditioner. Time was a factor given our triple digit temperatures. I had contacted 2 other HVAC companies that day and 4 Service Pros responded first. The technician Maurice was prompt, professional and thorough. 4 Service Pros and their Project Manager Mihn far exceeded my expectations. The process was seamless from start to finish. We had an Ac/heater replaced and our half sunken basement renovated. The team led by Minh was intuitive, trustworthy, created realistic expectation management, and very timely. The administrative section at 4 Service Pros communicated with me throughout the month long process, Fairfax county permits were posted, inspections were conducted, and I received real-time situational updates from inspectors and Minh. The cost was fair and came in lower than their competitors. When I identified small changes and additions throughout the renovation they were simply accomplished. Mihn gets it! He is responsive to the customer, serves the customers needs and provides honest and relevant feedback, and hands down a subject matter expert on all things pertaining to building structure & improvement. I highly recommend. Call me for questions or further referral info at 210-913-2186. V/r Geoff read more

Imagine having a dog bite the wires to the condenser and then having your whole furnace go out in the dead middle of summer. Well, as my luck would have it that's exactly what happened to me. I immediately did a Google Search and came across 4 Service Pros and called them and one other company to see if they could come and repair the wires, get the air back on and move on with life. The technician Chris came out with a "can do" attitude until unfortunately he could not. The circuit board was shot, among other things and this wasn't as simple as replacing the wire this was an overhaul of the hvac system that came with the house. I did contact two other technicians from other companies to see if the diagnosis was the same (and it was). Unfortunately Chris had got tasked with another job but they had another technician come out with a supervisor (GREAT MOVE, it leaves little room for error) and now I'm as cool as a duck. One thing I was not to crazy about was the fact the new systems (according to a technician that came out, whom they sent immediately) tends to pull humidity out of the home rather than make the home cool.. if that makes sense? The way it was explained to me is the new systems make your home anywhere from 13-25 degrees less than what the temperature is outside so if it's 90, the BEST you will get is 70. The old system would have had it in the upper 60s.. but I guess is not that much of a big difference and it gets pretty cool at night which is nice. Darrell great work, Chris great work and this is definitely a company I would patronize again. Save your money from the other guys, 4 Service Pros is it! read more

Edgardo was excellent! He was professional, personable, and gave me a spot-on estimate for a pretty big plumbing job involving a pipe leak in my kitchen. His analysis of the issue sounded right (and I made him re-explain it to me over a call the next day), but given the amount of money involved, I paid for another well-rated plumbing expert to come in and provide a second opinion on the scope of work. Their assessment of the issue was the same as Edgardo's, but their estimate came in 3x higher!!! I immediately booked with 4 Service Pros and Edgardo came in the next day to complete the job. It was really a pleasure working with him, and I appreciate that the business sent a text with his photo before he came and provided me a hyperlink to track his truck GPS-style so that I could figure out exactly when he would be arriving for both appointments. The whole thing was pretty seamless. Edgardo wore a mask the whole time and mentioned that he is extremely cautious Covid-wise in order to protect his family, which, with a newborn at home, I really appreciate! read more

I have serious gratitude to Mike at 4 Service Pros for being honest in his assessment of the work I was requesting tonight. I had spoken with Elise on the phone to schedule a quote and she had Mike call me back within minutes. Mike may have talked me out of doing this project but proved himself to be Knowledgeable, Professional, and provided great customer service... he saved me a lot of money and aggravation and definitely earned my trust and respect in the process. I'll be sure to call on them for future projects. read more

I set an appointment they gave me a four hour window no one showed up no one called. When I called after the appointment I was told no one had finalized it but they did not know who and could not give me any other information. I spoke with the HVAC person in charge or dispatcher and they told me it was a holiday weekend and everyone had left they could schedule it next week but virtually it was my problem. I have used this company before and have had them do what I consider some major projects. I guess that doesn't matter to them. I guess someone will call me next week after the holiday when it's convenient for them. And that's what I was told they would call at their convenience. read more

Justin just left my house at 9:00 p.m.! Never a complaint about a thing; I offered to clear out under the sink, and he had already taken care of it! He was conscientious about his work, and explained how to operate it all. Very polite and professional. Spoke to my property manager and accepted her approval and signature over the phone. Cleaned up everything as he worked, or before leaving. An added bonus: he got along with my very unfriendly dog!! I would definitely recommend 4 Service Pros to any of my family and friends, knowing that the quality of service that I received would always be the same for them. read more

Update: 1/09/19 The owner has reached out to me and wanted to see what he could do to better understand the situation. He sent two of his supervisors (Plumbing and Remodeling) out to take a look and determine how they might approach/correct the problem. After meeting with them, I'm optimistic we can find a way ahead to get back on track. Unfortunately, it will take some time to get all the i's dotted and t's crossed to make all the necessary coordinations prior to beginning work, in earnest, and finishing the project. Insurance companies don't make things easy. I contacted this company as a repeat customer for a water leak which damaged my pantry ceiling. Unfortunately they aren't interested in making the customer happy and leave it to the homeowner to coordinate with the insurance company on payment/documentation, etc. They would only offer to come out to inspect for a fee, but I don't know how you could determine the source of the problem without doing some work. The customer rep advised me they were COD and wouldn't do any work unless I paid them and waited to be reimbursed by my insurance company. For a company that prides itself on customer service they sure don't want to work with the customer on insurance claims unless you pay them on the spot for any work. Way to make a stressful experience more problematic. read more

I use 4SP for everything. They are always reliable, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We had an emergency toilet valve situation and called 2 other places before 4 Service Pros. They picked up right away on a Sunday and had someone out to our house w/in 45 min. Big thanks and all the praise to our service person Edgardo for being fast, professional, and above all else safe! He kept his mask on and distanced from us while doing his work, made sure not to touch anything besides the plumbing areas, and explained everything to us very easily without making us feel pressured into choosing one option over another. Shaun and Pete were extremely professional, efficient and communicated well with us throughout the process. We had them redo our electrical wiring in the master bathroom, adding a dedicated circuit and several GFCI outlets. They were very fast, finishing in just a few hours. They wore booties in the house and even had a drop cloth placed in the hall. They were even kind enough to vacuum once they were finished. Would certainly recommend, just somewhat pricey. read more

Possibly one of the most professional outfits I've had the pleasure of working with. Appointments are confirmed with a picture of the technician for estimates and for the work that will be done. Despite Covid, they were able to come within a week, and always wore masks and booties in the house. Initially, we were just going to have our water filtration system installed, but we like them so much we expanded our scope of work to include a whole house water shut off (peace of mind as we had water leaks in the past that were very damaging), as well as re-configuring our water manifold with higher quality shut off valves then the builder had installed. Dave, who was the original estimator, not only took the time to explain potential issues with the plastic valves of the original manifold, but tips on how to flush or hot water heater, keeping our P traps for in rarely used bathrooms, discussion of better fittings for our filtration system that we purchased for their installation, and Water monitoring tips. We expanded our scope of work to include not only the water filter system, but to add a whole house water monitoring system and upgrade our plastic valves with high-quality brass shut off valves as we had suffered through water leaks in the past that were very expensive and damaging. Willis and Ray came to do the installation end they were courteous, clean, capable and laid down drop cloths over any carpeted surfaces - when they were done, everything was clean and perfect. The new water manifold looks great with easy to use brass shut off valves, the filtration system is working perfectly, and the Moen flow water monitoring system is sending statistics to our phone :-) The construction of the support for the water filtration system is very sturdy. We will have them back again! read more

I have worked with 4 Service Pros twice so far and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them.. They are incredibly responsive, professional and easy to work with. I recently came home from vacation to a burst pipe in my kitchen... called 4 Service Pros at 10:30am and they had a plumber dispatched to my house by 12:15pm that day (and I received a 30 minute heads up prior to arrival). Victor, who was dispatched to my call, was amazing!! He originally showed up to my house to help fix 1 burst pipe, but when it turned into 2 and then THREE, he never complained and ended up staying ALL day to help get my plumbing situation under control! He was fast acting, and a calming, professional presence in a very stressful situation. I found 4SP on Yelp. My initial call was answered very professionally and I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The next day, the technician called when he was 30 minutes from my location. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part in his truck. To do a proper installation required him to step out for a few other parts, even though he could have made do with what he had. When the job was done he tested the system and all was well. He explained everything clearly and intelligently and I not only got my system fixed, but received an education as well. My one minor beef is that the replaced part was marked up 3x over retail pricing (~$240 vs. ~$80). I don't know if this is standard or not. read more

Great company. The technician was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. Would use again!

The name of the electrician escapes me, but he was friendly efficient and cleaned up after himself. He explained all the possibilities of what it could cost, but ended up to be a minor issue that was quickly corrected. They also had the longest hours (7am-7pm) of any of the others I looked at I looked at which was a plus. I didn't have a chance to get multiple quotes to find out what others might have charged for the same issue as I needed it done quickly. I would use them again if the need arises. read more

Initially I was upset because I was charged charged $189 for a faucet aerator, a part that took less than 15 minutes to install, which I later discovered could be found for less than ten dollars at any home improvement store. The part was also was poorly installed, and water sprayed in streams from random directions. After hearing my feedback however, the company returned and actually replaced my entire sink at no added charge! The owner himself even came! They also explained that the price charged was actually just the minimum charge for an hour's work on a job, and not the price of a simple aerator; my mistake there. I can tell that this company really cares a lot about their customers and its reputation. You'll get pretty great service from these guys. read more
