I got the Ground to Glow package which included a 50-minute fusion Thai massage with Maydelin, a 50-minute custom facial, and a 50-minute body scrub. Each therapist was attentive to my requests and needs, ensuring they were tender with any sensitive areas and focused on any problem or pain areas. The woman who provided my facial was so knowledgeable and friendly. She made helpful recommendations about my regimen. All the treatments left me feeling so serene, relaxed, and rejuvenated. And to cap it all off, the space itself is so tranquil and beautiful! It seems unassuming from the outside given it's tucked in a strip mall, but the moment you step through the front door, you're transported. The space is quiet and outfitted in shades of beige. I've only tried the BallancerPro, but they have light therapy, sauna, sound healing, etc. The value is incredible! Flexibility: what I love is the flexibility. As a member, if I skip a monthly facial, I can gift it to someone or apply it for another month. I can also pause my membership without any fees. This is not the type of establishment that tries to upsell you with products and add ons to their service. They truly care about serving their clients with the best. I had called right when they opened the next day, someone actually answered, lol. She (not very nicely) stated that they had one opening but only in the morning (obviously not ideal, we were hoping to end our trip with a relaxing spa afternoon experience). We had just arrived at a different establishment for breakfast and accepting that one opening meant hoping back into the ride-share and rushing back, which we did (without breakfast). They did accept my mom and I both for that opening but there was no accommodating my husband. I asked for the "girlfriend package", from their spa menu, and the lady said "nope, you can each only have a 50 minute massage, otherwise you won't get booked". Why have a spa menu if it's not honored? She said "the aesthetician is out until Sunday" (this is Friday and we were leaving early Saturday). Why have one aesthetician for the entire resort? The massage was okay but I couldn't get past the poor customer service. I felt physically pushed more than massaged. I felt my feet were avoided (and I am a very clean person). This spa offers nothing for a "spa day" experience. There's no treatment baths or sauna, etc., at least nothing that we were offered. For a spa day experience, I suggest you go elsewhere. If you must go here, start trying to schedule way in advance, as your calls/emails may not get answered for days (if at all) and there might not be anyone working on the day you are hoping for. I wish we had gone elsewhere. This spa has potential but needs to be expanded with more staff (more therapists and aestheticians). They need to be more accommodating and customer-centric. The front desk person definitely needs to be more customer service oriented. Ruined an entire day of our stay.
