I…read morechose them because I loved the work I saw in their portfolio, and from the moment I met Carolina, I felt completely comfortable with her. I explained that I would be starting chemo and would likely lose my eyebrows. Carolina was incredibly understanding and made me feel like any other client--no judgment, no awkwardness, just kindness and professionalism. She did a fabulous job, and I was so impressed with my brows. Because of my treatment, I wasn't able to return for my touch-up within their normal timeframe. After completing chemo, I called and spoke with Brad, explained my circumstances, and he was extremely understanding and graciously made an exception for me. When I returned to Carolina, I had lost all of my eyebrow hair. She once again did an amazing job. When I looked in the mirror, I had tears in my eyes because for the first time in five months, I felt like I looked like myself again. That meant more to me than I can possibly explain. The service at Mila Aesthetics is impeccable, but what stands out even more is how kind, humble, compassionate, and understanding they are. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be returning for other services. Thank you, Carolina and Brad. I am beyond appreciative.

By the second day, my left eye had lost tons lashes with only gentle brushing. I contacted them immediately to fix it but could not come in within their 3-day policy due to work obligations -- my next availability was the 4th. I requested a removal since I was unhappy with the result, but was informed I'd still incur a removal fee. I understand policies, but charging for removal when the initial service failed within 48 hours feels unfair. This was also my first experience getting lashes. I also noticed other reviews mentioning similar retention issues, which suggests a product or application problem. I cannot recommend this service. Picture of first day and second.

Kai immediately made time for me with one of his lash artists I received a set of beautiful lashes.. I've been coming ever since. Kia runs his Studio exceptionally well. The lash artists are all excellent and well trained. Unlike other studio that see rapid turnover of lash artists because of bad management or better opportunities. Most of the girls at Lash Daddy have been here for as long or longer than I have been a client. This speaks volumes about both the salon and its management. The girls stay because they are happy and have opportunities. The lashes these girls produce are exceptional, The artists take their time to ensure you are happy & look your best at the end of your appointment. The place is beautiful & was definitely feelin' the vibe. My lash tech was cool super FAST, only thing is 3 little pieces already came off. One was the day of I went in just a few hours later which I couldn't call & go back cuz like I mentioned I was super booked for our trip had NO time whatsoever then Saturday & yesterday Monday morning when I was at the grocery store a piece was just hanging dangling over my eyeball, it is my first set but I have friends and my sister who gets them done religiously & told me repeatedly how to care for them & I've done just so. I've been super careful with them esp being that it's my first time having my lashes done. I'm pretty sad some have already dropped. They're still on & don't look that bad I'm hoping the rest will stay on for a while. Other than that the owner & ladies were amazing & super nice! They conversed & are super outgoing & they make you feel welcomed & comfortable! I'm sure if I was still in town they'd do something about the lashes but sadly I'm not there. Like I said the place is a vibe & they're all amazing!

You ask what can you improve!…read moreWell that would be everything...to be honest I only went here because a couple of people I know came here and even though they did have some rocky experiences themselves, they stated Victoria was a great tech and I guess she is also the owner from what I understand, which makes sense. So my first time was great as far as my nails were concerned honestly, although the place is not the cleanest once you really look around. However because of what a beautiful job Victoria did I decided to come back. Now this is where the trouble begins, almost scam like, once you put the stories together. I made another appointment a week 1/2 ahead and ask for Victoria only, made it clear! The day before the appointment i was left a message to call the Salon. I called, Kevin answered and just let me tell you that man should never be allowed to answer the phone period. I explained why I called, ask why they called me and spent the next 15 min trying to explain why I called back , he had no clue, not only that, called me by another name, Jamey, my name is Denise and had to be told by someone in the background what was happening. It was to change my appointment time from 1 to 10, Victoria had a schedule problem. I said ok as I am flexible. Verifying my appt would be with Victoria. Next day I walk in at 10 and immediately knew something was wrong as I saw no Victoria. I was told to go wash my hands, which I had to wait to get to the sink as an employee was watering a plant and had no intention of moving out of the way to accommodate me standing there! I go back to sit down and now her comes the lady who had greeted me and was told they made a mistake, no Victoria! However if I wanted I could have a pedicure....what? I said No! I came here to do my nails! Obviously this is the scam they run and the other people that come here had the exact same experience. They put them at that time with Kevin, but their nails looked not good! Kevin needs a new career! Needless to say after much craziness and them saying they were busy, which they were not, only 2 clients and 4 techs, smh! I wasn't about to be pulled into their shenanigans, thinking I would be dumb enough to stay and spend money trying to be conned into doing something different or another tech which probably had no clients because they are horrible. When one door closes another one opens and I ended up in beautiful clean nail Salon that day, more reasonable prices! So Warm Springs not only lost me as a customer but my other two friends. Three people in one day! Just looking at my text shows u how confused they are...
