I had been thinking about replacing the phone but it works so much better with the new battery that now I plan to wait at least until the next generation is available next September. The Computer Hardware staff were friendly and efficient. Work was done on time. Their was no visible damage to the finish of the phone - it looked brand new when returned.

I live 30 miles out and when I arrived they told me it was a mistake and not done. When the computer was finally complete a couple of days later, I picked it up and asked for a discount for my time and gas that cost me for coming in that Monday. The person at the desk went back and talked to the manager and all they could do is offer me a screen saver which I did not need. I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person. I do want to mention that my computer is fixed and working and I do commend them for that.

They do seem to genuinely care that they give good service to their customers and try to compensate when they fall short.

After I denied a credit card sign up and a membership sign up, he got very hostile and upset with his employee and was extremely unprofessional. A manager should not act disrespectful towards employees for a choice i made on my own, it is unbelievable that they allow someone like that to run a store, especially when the employees were nicer than him.

Turned out my battery was swelling and upon further examination my hard drive cable was also damaged. He was very upfront and honest about his recommendation to discontinue the repair and let Ol' Bess finish out her days in peace. He got it to where the trackpad was temporarily functioning again (it was sticking due to the swelling battery) and even re-adhered the loose glass to my screen (a separate issue) I appreciate his candor as previously I'd been given the run around by the Apple Store. I was charged a very reasonable price considering Jon was able to get Ol' Bess working just enough for me to retrieve some documents off of her. I ended up ordering a new MacBook Pro and if anything is to go wrong with that one, I'll surely SKIP THE APPLE STORE and go straight to Friendly PC.
