Juan and his crew helped me get back on the road during an extended vacation in Arizona. I was stuck in Quartzite, Arizona with an unknown object in my black tank that was preventing me from being able to dump and empty my black tank. Luckily, I was able to catch a glimpse of what appeared to be the round plastic pipe cut-out that dropped into the tank during the coach assembly and then left inside the tank by the assembly technician. Shoddy workmanship and complete lack of quality control by my coach builder to say the least. At any rate, the Dometic folks (Jeff Spencer) at the huge RV show in Quartzite put me up inside their service booth for the night (complete with electric hookups) and arranged for Juan and his crew at 4 Points RV Service come out and try to retrieve the object. In no time at all, Juan came out of the coach with what was the pipe cutout for the black tank! He also installed a brand new Dometic 310 commode with a slow-close lid, porcelain bowl and fancy flushing system! I was able to continue my vacation and couldn't have been happier with Juan, 4 Points RV Service and the folks at Dometic. Without these folks, I would have been forced to drive all the way back to Oregon and would not have been able to use my bathroom for the rest of the trip. We just had an unexpected need for service on our motor coach and Juan came to our rescue! As we were preparing to leave Arizona, along with a lot of other "snow birds", we discovered our main slide outs would not come in. Everything was packed and ready to roll and of course the slides coming in is one of the last things you do. After calling many RV repairs operations we had only 2 responses. The first guy did not have a clue and suggested we call our manufacturer to walk us through the problem over the phone! Then there was a call from Juan and saying he would stop by after his last appointment of the day. He did and very knowledgably and impressively quickly, diagnosed our problem. We opted to have him order the necessary part and install it before traveling even though he was able to "put a band aid" on our problem which probably would have gotten us home. So while our departure was delayed by a couple of days, it was worth the peace of mind to have Juan make our repairs complete. Juan is professional and knowlegable. Respectful and honest and has a work ethic not seen much these days. When my husband asked him what his service rates are, he very confidently replied we would not have to pay him if he could not fix our problem. We are so pleased with Juan and our experience with him and just cannot recommend him highly enough! read more

We had seen Juan in action a couple of years ago when he was repairing the RV next door at our park and the owner raved about how good the service is. So I asked for his card, knowing that's who I would call if we ever had a problem while we were in the Valley. Last summer during 108 degree weather our front air conditioner died and I called Juan. He worked with our warranty company easily and had a new unit installed the next day, although already had a pretty long list of AC Jobs. Then when a strong storm totaled our patio awning a couple of weeks later, we were told by the awning dealer to expect a 5 week time frame. we needed to leave earlier than that; Because Juan knew the people at the insurance adjusters and suppliers, he did everything he could to have the job finished in less that half that time; he just knew who to call to expedite. Today we found out that he would drive 150 miles out of his way, with virtually no advance notice, into territory he does not service, in order to correct a small error his assistant made two days earlier at the shop. He has shown to have the skills and intuition needed to to a great job, but his character and integrity shine beyond that. read more

My first experience with Juan Romero was last fall, a few months before he quit his job to run his business full time. This review is more about his character than his work, although both are excellent. Juan was sent to me by an RV wash company whose worker stepped on my bath skylight requiring replacement. He called me to talk about the job and said he'd be by sometime to measure the skylight. Well, he showed up a couple of days later...on a Sunday...in church attire...with his family. To measure. He didn't have to do that but he did. When he finally got the skylight, he came back to install it...after he already worked 10 hrs...in the dark. Oh yes...he has a habit of showing up on time to do the work. Since it was dark, I was not going to climb on to the roof of my coach. So Juan took a picture of his work, explained the work he did, and showed how it looked. I was impressed. Really impressed. Superstar Juan did an amazing job with the punch list of numerous repairs I needed for the very first RV I've ever purchased. From electrical, to propane to rebuilding the Onan generator, and dated refrigerator, everything works top notch. Even the low hanging tree damage I incurred as a newbie owner (need to honor my height) he fixed so that I wouldn't worry being on the road. It was because of community reviews that I chose to book time with him. He and his family had just come off of COVID illness the month before so I was lucky that he had some time to give my fixer-upper ~ a whole day ~ and nothing was left undone including a new front door lock system. Honest, knowledgeable and a superb work ethic (it was over 100 degrees in Mesa that day) I will be happy to recommend him without second thought. he experience stated off with Leticia over the phone. She worked hard to locate the correct A/C usings and gave me several options and prices. Her work up front, before the service call, was what convicned me to use 4 Peaks RV Service. She was very polite and patient with me while I decided which option to choose. Jose and Jesus installed 2 new A/C units on our RV. They were both professional, on time, and quick to work. The were extrememly friendly and doubled checked their work. When one unit was making noise after install, they were quick to trouble shoot and fix. Jose also fixed the drain hose to the refrigator that had cracked and broke off. I have used other mobile RV Services and this is by far the best service I have received. I will be using them to do some more repairs on the RV Soon. read more

We had a problem with the furnace on our Montana 5th wheel. I called Juan, the owner, at 4 Points who came out the same day, actually used a pressure tester and a volt meter to diagnose and solve the problem within 45 minutes. Knowledgeable, experienced, prepared and very reasonably priced. He left our place and headed to an elderly neighbors house. She had been a customer of his for 6 years, which shows great repeat service. Before I called 4 Points, I had a prior "service tech" come out. After a week and several times of taking parts out and putting them back in and fumbling around the guy finally admitted on the phone that "he was just guessing" and told me to have someone else fix the "damn furnace." Amazing to work with these very honest young men. I'm as newbie in the RV life and had get the generator and A/C worked on. Juan the owner introduced himself to me and to the other guy working with him also Juan. Yes two Juan's in one truck, who knew. LOL. They worked for about two hours on the generator and A/c and brought two batteries for my generator. I asked newbie questions and Juan number 1 was very kind as he explained things to me. He got the generator started up and at first thought that there might be a leak in it but after he worked on it found that there was not problems with the generator. 4 Points performed axle/hub annual service and diagnosed electrical issues on our Travel Trailer today. This was our first experience with them and boy did Tony and Jesus deliver professional, polite service and advice about future preventive maintenance. The Mechanics were great listeners, efficient, and gave us important feedback lacking from dealers and a local stand alone RV service. They found out our emergency disconnect had been miswired by the previous RV service. My wife found 4 Points on the web. I called 4 Points to have the molding strip replaced around my 5th wheel slide outs. Juan came out & gave me a quote, which was very reasonable, ordered the new molding & within the week his crew replaced all the molding. They always call & advise when they're coming which is appreciated so you don't sit around all day waiting on someone to show up. As usual they did a great job, cleaned everything up around the rv after finishing, and cost was as quoted. Juan is very knowledgeable and works at a fair price. He has helped us several times with a rather old 5th wheel that we thought we would have had to retire by now. Had Juan out to look at a problem with my charging system. It turned out I had a wire that had been disconnected. He connected the wire and then checked the rest of my system to see if there were any other problems. Everything looked good. He did not charge me as it was a simple fix that he found quickly. This is the second time I have had Juan and his crew out, I called them again because of the excellent work and no up-sale on the first call. Had a tin panel replaced on my 5th wheel after being hit by a semi. They did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate using then again. They will be coming back to replace our defective micro/ convection oven when it gets here.
