I live in Portland but don't mind the short, scenic, peaceful drive to Scappoose, where there's safe, free & easy parking (something else you wont find downtown PDX!). I love my hair, love her work!

About the only reason I'm going 4 instead of 5 is that I'm saving 5 stars for a place that makes me say "How did they make ME look so good?" or a place that I actually want to spend time at for the personal interaction / conversation. Been several decades since I've had either one at either a barber shop or a salon. BTW I think (from the questions it asks on the review) Yelp thinks this is some type of medical clinic rather than a salon.

They can see this happening and they don't say anything to their client.
