Different than the long beautiful beach waves that filled most of the chairs, I have short hair. I don't want a demur well coifed bob or A line. I have gotten many compliments on my new cut from Kylie - TWO compliments in one day. Kylie listens, asks questions, and does a GREAT job. Go see her and tip well, she's worth it!!

Been a few years since I got my hair cut here…read more Always nice folks. Decent hair cuts. The women that use it seem quite happy with them. About the only reason I'm going 4 instead of 5 is that I'm saving 5 stars for a place that makes me say "How did they make ME look so good?" or a place that I actually want to spend time at for the personal interaction / conversation. Been several decades since I've had either one at either a barber shop or a salon. BTW I think (from the questions it asks on the review) Yelp thinks this is some type of medical clinic rather than a salon.

Then we called to confirm same day of appt, and was told all 3 were at 3:15. Awesome!!! Then I was not feeling well so called to cancel mine and pow times changed again. Daughter came told me time changed again frustrated I called the nice lady got it worked out. Great. Daughter and friend went got hair done. When we scheduled appt they asked for our cc#. Except last 4. So there you assume they take card. Well hair is all done kid goes to pay with credit card. Don't accept card. WTF!!! Who does not accept card now days especially a salon! Anyways husband shows to pick up girls finds out. Of course a little irritated, but said he would need to run to ATM as why the hell would we pay $2.50 charge. But what really got us abd made our decision to never go back was yhe stylist word to him, " go there and straight back and make it quick we are closed. It's been this way for 5 years" Really?!?!? 1. we never been there 2. Why the #$%& you ask for my card number if I couldn't use it? 3. Why talk to a customer that way? I will be going else where whole process was a headache. From the scheduling to the paying. Don't get me wrong the girls hair looks amazing but way to much if a headache, and rudeness.

It was the worst haircut I have ever had…read more I showed her a long wispy asymmetrical pixie. She left one side of my head with no hair longer than and inch and my part so high up it's nearly in the middle of my head. She never asked where I wanted my part, how long I wanted it she didn't even wash my hair because I had washed it that morning... she just sprayed it with water. I've sat with it for two, maybe three weeks and now it's growing out it's worse. I have been flipping my part to try to to do a comb over of sorts to hide the much too short side. It still only passes some days. I've had job interviews for high paying rolls and I can't even walk in feeling confident because my hair looks like I let a 7 year old with dull scissors at it. It's also so short no one can even fix it at this point. I'm stuck till it grows out and I can find someone decent to do it. I do not understand how someone with such great reviews and beautiful style photos did this abject mess...
