I naturally have natural blonde roots and grays, both I love and wished my previous stylist embraced that versus always telling I HAD to dye it to cover it all up. :( I kept asking for a base bump but it never happened. When I met Cristy for a consultation I told her my situation and how I am tired of dying my base. She totally agreed with me and knew exactly how to remedy the situation. She looked at my eye color and my skin tone and decided on exactly what blonde tones would be best for me. I should mention I had 4 months of growth at this point. So my natural roots were ALL out, baby! haha! I had a mess in the back as well with a hard copper band and only partial highlights. Ugh! It wasn't pretty. But Cristy cleaned all that up as well.
