Unfortunately the equipment used for cleaning the carpet leaked and soaked the stairs and one of the area rugs. I requested that there needed to be an equipment change. The equipment was faulty and seemed more appropriate for commercial cleaning, not residential carpet cleaning. I had informed Ron that this was a residential job prior to making the appointment. My carpets were still wet the next morning even though the house heat was on. The equipment also kept causing outlets to short out. This was a pretty stressful experience. Ron did return to get the outlets to work again. I would have given 2 stars but the cleaning technicians were very polite and wanted to do a good job. I paid the agreed upon price but feel like I should have been offered a discount.

She said that their window cleaners come out, clean the windows, think they look good, the customer thinks they look good, and then the customer calls back later. That's because when lights hits in the right way you can see the smeary mess all over them. I really can't see how some of our windows were cleaned at all! Whoever I just talked to at Dave's Window Cleaning just nearly took a bite out of me for saying so. $400 later and I still need my windows cleaned. Steer clear of this company!
