We had a wonderful experience. We were there at around 10:30 on a Friday. There was a small but…read moresteady line of people coming through. It doesn't have a huge deli menu, but it had a bunch of sandwiches on the menu that looked pretty good. You can zoom in on my photo to see the menu. We came for breakfast and there was a nice donut case as well as other breakfast options. We came late so the donut case was pretty picked over which is to be expected. We had a cream filled bismark, a sausage roll, and an Asian coffee. The bismark was the best I have had in a long time. They fill it with your choice of fillings right when you order so it isn't soggy. The dough part of the donut was fresh and light and somehow tastier than anywhere I have been. The custard was pretty standard custard, but also tasted lighter and fresher than I have had before. The sausage roll was basically a hot dog type sausage wrapped in a croissant type dough. There was also an option of cheese and jalapeño. It was good. The Asian coffee was good, as you might guess it was pretty much what other places call Vietnamese coffee. It is in a strip mall so there is strip mall parking. There is a ramp and the store is pretty handicapped accessible. The staff were fast, efficient, and friendly. There was a good amount of seating inside, and a few tables outside.

Hidden donut gem. Adore the donuts here and the option to customize with fillings. I came here after seeing a tiktok and HOLY YUM!!…read more If you just need the short version: Go go go!!! You will not regret it!! Longer version: This place is located in a strip mall that kind of looks run down. Do not let that stop you!! There is actually a really pretty park across the street if you do want to take your food to go. The inside was very clean and put together. There isn't much for decor but it felt like your standard "hole in the wall" twin cities hispanic restaurant. Parking is free. The service here was terrific!! I felt like I was honestly apart of a family! I was check in on multiple times! My server was very polite and friendly! Very enjoyable! The food: I got pupusas (cheese) and they were soooo good! The cheese pull on these were great! If you have never had them, it's kind of like if a corn bread pancake and a slab of mozzarella came together! You can get these stuffed with beans and meat as well! I also got the quesabirria tacos! Now I have been to tons of places in the twin cities for quesabirria tacos and dare I say these are some of the best in the twin cities!!! Oh my goodness!! Absolutely delicious! And the consume had good flavor as well! Packed with meat and cheese! The salsas were excellent and had a great heat to them! Their horchata was also very refreshing and I would definitely recommend that as well! This is a smaller business with a great menu, friendly service and decent portion/price ratio! Don't sleep on this place!

The portions were big and for a good price. My torta came with avocado, queso fresco, sliced tomato, lettuce and pickled jalapeño. It was so tasty and so big I shared the other half with a friend. The staff was super friendly and greeted us from when we walked in the door. This is a nice mom and pop shop and I will most certainly be back to try out their breakfast!

The hostess found us a booth quickly and we were amazed at the wide variety of breakfasts. It had acoustic ceiling tile so even though there were lots of customers chatting away, it was easy to converse in the midst of the happy sound. There were so many themes in the decor: golf, USA, big butts, cooking, and more. It was a visual delight. The servings were tasty and large and who could resist Sammy's Triple Fruit Fritter French Toast? I recommend this diner.

You're not coming here for elaborate décor; you're coming here to eat, and they absolutely deliver. I ordered the ABQ Omelette ($16.95) and went all in with both carnitas and chorizo, along with tomatoes, onions, chiles, cilantro and pepper jack cheese, served over two crisp tortillas. I opted for the red Hatch chile sauce, and this was definitely not your ordinary breakfast omelette. The chile had a deep, rich flavor with a surprisingly good kick of spice that made the entire dish stand out. The combination of carnitas and chorizo made it incredibly hearty and packed with flavor. The hash browns deserve some attention too, beautifully crispy and golden on the outside while still tender underneath. Exactly how diner hash browns should be. Overall, Fat Nat's Eggs was a great find. Excellent food, generous portions, real flavor and more spice than I expected from a breakfast spot, in the best possible way. It may look modest when you walk through the door, but don't underestimate what's coming out of the kitchen. Great local breakfast spot. Don't miss out!

The Pho tasted amazing and was packaged really well in to go containers. The food was available for me to pick up as soon as I arrived which was also appreciated. WHOA MSG OVERLOAD!…read more This is typical Asian street food. Fast & full of MSG! The bread here is very authentic Vietnamese.. It is light and airy and crispy on the outside. I ordered Bo Ko. The carrots tasted like they were from frozen. It was a weird texture. It was not from fresh. Their beef was extremely tender however I assume from the MSG because it's normally not this tender anywhere else that I've ever had. The taste of the broth definitely tasted like it was from a soup base powder mix from premade not in-house. If you've ever had this dish at Quangs which is another fully loaded MSG Asian restaurant they make it better there of a thicker broth, more like a curry beef broth. The service is absolutely incredible. You will not find better service at any other restaurant in your entire life, however, I do not believe in fully loading foods with MSG. So it definitely breaks my heart to give a one star review just because I feel like everything was cooked with sauce packets powder packets not like authentic individual spices. They're charging almost $20 when you could buy the sauce packets that are five cents each at the Asian grocery store stores. So the taste is a rip off here. This place has a lot of potential because at other Asian restaurants, the service always always horrible. You will be particularly surprised the service here is absolutely terrific. The dipping sauce for their shrimp and pork spring rolls tasted more of a sauce that you would get in Thailand, not Vietnam. They serve Thai food at this place and we all know Thai restaurants have the worst service you'll ever have in your entire life. Since this is a Vietnamese restaurant, it's highly unlikely that their Thai dishes are authentic. So I will give them three stars, five stars for the service one star for the food. P.S. For this being a Vietnamese restaurant, I did not see any Vietnamese customers in there although there were other Asian customers in there I would say they were Korean Filipino Hmong. That says a lot about the Viet food. I would say this is a Thai-Viet sytle dishes. Not authentic Viet. My goto Vietnamese place are MT Noodles in Brooklyn Park they do not use MSG. My goto Thai is Coconut Thai in St Paul / Edina.
