As we're browsing, instead of an employee greeting the customers he would just keep saying "you have to come to this side of the store to order gelato" I did notice a couple of people walk out after that. I was interested in their coffee menu, which had names & illustrations making them look more like dessert coffees - but no description. As I'm standing on the side for gelato orders, I'm once again told where to stand for gelato orders before another employee turns around, sees me and it seemed like was was trying to avoid me. I asked about the coffee drinks and was given just basic descriptions like he couldn't be bothered and was trying to get it over with. Which was unfortunate because that's when I decided to say "thank you have a nice day" and walked out. Their coffee menu was pretty decently priced too. Perhaps I would have ordered a drink along with gelato had the staff been more professional.

Upon checking out, I realized that the discount code was not applied to the bag which was the eligible item for the discount. I called customer service and was told that in order to receive the discount on the bag, I would've had to make 2 separate orders!! So 2 separate orders and 2 shipping fees. Why couldn't the discount just be applied to the full price item in one transaction/order? This makes no sense! Why cause the consumer to make multiple orders just because their software is not programmed to apply the discount to non sale items? Be aware when making purchase of sale items and full price items!!

I had to repeat my self twice before she point in a direction I'm assuming the lockets was. The 2nd employee just walked away while saying "if they need help they will ask us".
