I worked with Carlos throughout this whole process and I'm glad I did because he knows his stuff and the details when it comes to suspension systems. His customer service work ethics are 10/10. I needed a rebuild of Icon 2.5 coilovers and some new all terrain tires. After the rebuild, the shock itself started leaking and Carlos told me to bring it back asap so they can fix it at no charge and make it right. At that time I decided I needed some new tires and they set me up with the new Falken AT4s. After the installation of new tires, alignment, and rebuilt shocks, i started having tire rubbing issues from the increased tire size. Carlos offered a re-alignment to increase the caster even more from what it was originally set at to try and minimize the rubbing at no charge. The alignment was done and the rubbing came back when driving on certain roads so Carlos said to come back again. At this time, he offered to realign again at no charge, but also recommended a cab mount chop to alleviate the problem for my suspension system and tire size specifications. I decided to take his recommendation and went with the chop. I'm glad I decided to go with the chop because it made the most sense and they did a great job with the welds and paint job. I appreciate Go Big's work and shout out to Carlos for his dedication to making the job done right and offering solutions when things don't always go as planned. The solutions Carlos offered were cost efficient but also the right solutions for my driving style and set up. 10/10 customer service and 100% I'm a returning customer. Thanks Go Big!

    I'm telling you - these guys are ON POINT!…read more I was told by a mechanic that I needed a new battery and after doing research, I came across these guys. I must tell you this first... I went by their other location in Downtown and it seemed like 'they were just doing their job'. They meant well and truly meant no harm. I just didn't notice as much proactivity and showing the type of service as this location did! I called up this location and Alfonso (the manager) picked up the phone HIMSELF! The other location said that they didn't carry my type of battery at all! That wasn't the case when I spoke with them originally on the phone... how annoying! When I spoke with Alfonso, he was beyond personable - no matter how busy they were over there. I immediately drove over and noticed how busy they were. STILL - he took the time to speak with me and regardless of how busy they were... he not only found the battery in-house... he gave me a price breakdown and... HE INSTALLED IT HIMSELF! Personable, professional, on-point and doing things right. Now THAT's what I call customer service. I wish there was a 500 stars out of 5. Please do yourself a favor and give this guy some props. He's running a mighty fine establishment! Keep up the fabulous work Alfonso! You are absolutely incredible at what you do!!

I was looking for an item and after a search for said item from an overly-cocky, ignorant employee it was determined that they didn't have it in stock. I said okay I'll just get it somewhere else. He said I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere else because it's "such a rare" part. I knew it wasn't so made a call and the next place I called had it. That kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Sadly, I needed low beam headlights and went back because it was close to where I was. I picked out my low beams and went to purchase them from the same employee I dealt with before. In my head I said "here we go." He said I "absolutely needed" bulb grease and when I insisted I didn't want to pay for it and didn't need it he argued with me. I said whatever I'll just pay for it so I can get out of here before I blow up on this overly-cocky, ignorant parts guy. I'm a mechanic by the way and know what I'm talking about. Gotta love some of these auto parts store guys.

When I got there tonight, the boss was outside flirting with/assisting a female customer at her car. When the employee said he would check with the boss to see if he could go out and help swap the battery, the boss said no way. The only people in the store were 3 employees and myself. I said ok, if you can't help me change it out, will you please not charge me $18 core fee? I was thinking it would be easy transaction, switch out the old battery for a new one, and not have to not only pay additional $18 fee and not have to make additional trip to bring back the old battery to AutoZone. The boss said he would have to charge. Bottom line, AutoZone may be lower in price, but they are worthless in customer service. After zero satisfaction at AutoZone, I went to Batteries Plus. Their batteries were a little more expensive, but I got priceless customer service. The employee came out to my car, (in the dark) and asked about the battery, and tested it. Turns out the battery is actually fine, it may be an alternator problem. Business must be great for AutoZone because they couldn't care less about mine.
